So it’s Christmas Eve and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts location simply to order a mocha latte. 2:30 in the afternoon and there’s only two employees which I understand nearing the holiday. The tall girl was working very hard. The other girl shorter had the nastiest attitude And dumped that on me at the Register. Note that I come in here often and the people are usually very nice, this employee I have never seen before, but something really needs to be done about her as my family and I made a pact to never come back to the Duncan location again, just because of one bad employee.

3rd time now waiting 15 mins and no movement, no nothing.jusy waiting endlessly in line for a tea. Last time I checked it doesn't take 20 mins to make tea. This time I had to just leave because I wasn't going to wait that long for something so simple. Guess I'm making tea at home from now on.

This place seriously needs to get their act together. I was asked to park and wait for my order because hash browns weren’t ready yet, and after 20 minutes, a guy comes out and gives me the hash browns but is missing the rest of the order. I didn’t plan on spending the whole morning at Dunkin’ Donuts waiting for food so eventually I took off missing half my order. It wasn’t terribly crowded, just really poor service.

Third time I've gotten iced coffees from this store and it is bitter and horrible tasting. Some of the worst coffees I've had from dunkin lately have been from this store.

Was just standing inside to order, waited for 15 minutes while 4 employees and a manager where walking around. The manager even put the money in the register while I was still standing there waiting. This went on for 15 minutes before anyone asked if we had been helped. I had stated no, and was told I still needed to wait. I had then proceeded out the door with the person I was with and stated we where going through the drive through. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude yelling at us as we walked out the door stating we are understaffed. Whether you are understaffed or not you still acknowledge the customer and let them know it will be few minutes I am sorry for the wait.
The fact that I took time out of my day to review how insanely rude these people are should tell you all you need to know. They yell CARD at you after they swipe your card. No thank you, please or general manners.

Ordered a Peach Sunshine - got some nasty mango pineapple strawberry dragonfruit lemonade. The girl I spoke to was rude and said that I got what I ordered?? I definitely didn’t and I won’t go back to that Dunkin again. Check your drink before pulling away from the window.
