Went through the drive thru asked for a large iced chai with cold foam and cinnamon sugar on top, but instead I got a large iced chai with cold foam that looked like it was curdled or like whipped cream and no cinnamon sugar.

The servers are always hoppin' and if they're busy, they make sure to acknowledge you and will be right with you. You can bet that Becca will be polite, courteous, thorough, and greet you with a big smile. Kieran keeps her team in ship shape and goes out of her way to make sure everything is right with your order without feeling rushed. Great team to represent the brand.

Update: Three years ago I gave this place a 5 star review, Today they remain a 5 star location! They always have good staff, good attitudes, accurate orders, and fast service. Today I did have an issue with an under baked bagel, but they were genuinely apologetic and fixed the issue with no problem. Thank you! After having a terrible experience at the other location prior, even after a slight issue I appreciate the willingness of the staff in this location to make it right!
