Beautiful atmosphere
Food by Hubcap Muchies- we had a Chevy hubcap today :(
Nice location..good beer..customer service could be better...folks not very personable. Will give ot another go perhaps when they have a musician
Fantastic place. Great craft beers and ciders. Delicious food. Great ambiance and family friendly crowd. Live music is always awesome. I've been coming here on a regular basis and have NEVER seen or heard a bad experience yet. Mark and Krista run a tight ship and it shows. "By far the best place around"
Did not expect to find such a great microbrewery in Norwich. Loved all 4 beers I tried was so hard to decide, so enjoying the crowlers I grabbed. Keep brewing gr8 beers!
Really fun atmosphere
Awesome
Excellent beer and a fun crowd on the weekends! Different food truck foods are always fun to order on-site. ?
It was great, really good beers!
We happened to be in the area and decided to stop in and check it out. So glad we did! It’s a great little brewery. The beer is good with different styles of beer and other beverage options also available. The staff(Mike and Ali) and the owner(Cindy) were very friendly. The food truck was very good also. They have many propane fire places outside, the band was good and they’re pet friendly, what more can I say, they got it going on! I Highly suggest you go and check them out, we will definitely go back when we are in the area!
Beer is pretty good, and the venue is huge! Looks like they're trying to build it out as well, and it has already grown a lot since their start. We went on a day with live music and it was really enjoyable! If you have the opportunity, give it a shot!

Great place, great beers good food and awesome live music
Stopped in on a whim during a trip home(only a few minutes off our route) and was very happy with the decision to do so. This beautiful little brewery offers an incredible variety of beer(and seltzer). The staff was very helpful with notes on each thing we tried, along with being very friendly. They're dog friendly, which is a big bonus. We'll be sure to make this a stop any time we head south now.
Absolutely awesome brew stop. Food and atmosphere is top notch. You really can not rate on 1 to 10 scale because it is above..
I always enjoy my experiences at hidden springs. Service is great, staff are friendly. The musical artists and events they host are always wonderful. They have a wide variety of beers on tap and wines available and they brew delicious seasonal beers as well so there's always something new to try! They have a nice outdoor venue and ample seating inside and out and have yard games during the summer and an extra room which has billiards when it gets colder. During the winter, they play bingo on Sundays, a great event. Definitely a diamond in the rough and a need to be place when passing through central New York.
Stoped here to check out this brewery. Ordered a NEIPA. Beer was delicious. They had a band playing so we went to check it out. They were playing good ‘ol country music. Towards the end, the owner gave us a tour of their brewing process. It was impressive and got to learn a lot about their process.
