My daughter and I have such fond memories of Pizza Hut that we drove an hour to go to an actual restaurant with a Pizza Hut salad bar . When we got there the salad bar was already put away. Everyone there saw how disappointed we were so they went above and beyond to make us salads and bring us endless amounts of Pizza Hut dressing! Our waitress was one of the sweetest girls EVER! I would recommend this location to anyone, what a great staff! What a REALLY REALLY great staff! Thank you all so much for making our night wonderful!

Ordered on line two pan pizza. They looked really good at the restaurant. when I got home and started serving, the bottom of the crust needed more time. It was lightly tan and seemed a little doughy. Taste was good but need a few more minutes in oven.

I ordered at 702 and was told my food would be delivered by 735 only to be waiting after 8 and getting food that sat for 30 mins a waste of 40 dollars finally got my food at 815 the delivery driver showed up with her boyfriend worst ever experience from any pizza hut ive ever used

We were greeted promptly and seated. Waitress came and took our order we all had the buffet , when she returned with our drinks they were accompanied by the bill. We never saw the waitress again. On our first trip to the buffet there were 4 pizzas to choose from and 2 dessert pizzas a pan of pasta with Alfredo and a pan with a little pasta with red sauce. We did enjoy pizza salad and some pasta. Went back for dessert and told there would be no more dessert pizzas they only make 3 a night and it was 6:30 buffet is served til 8 . I just couldn’t believe they couldn’t make a dessert pizza. What a let down.

We came a little bit late. But we were welcomed right in by the Manager. Very nice lady. I believe her name was Tonya. Anyways, sometimes when you go and establishments when they are closing, they get irritated, but she was completely welcoming. Got our food right away and it was very good. The buffalo boneless wings and the pepperoni pizza were perfect.!

Buffet was a mess, had to ask for lettuce to be brought out, barely any pizza, waitress brought 3 forks for a table of 6 (plastic) and never came back with more silverware or to see if we needed more drinks. They were not busy so that was not the reason. Very disappointing

We were up with the waitress as it was busy and she was the only waitress manning the tables which I do not feel is right especially on a Wednesday night when it’s buffet night. Once it settled down though the waitress was no where to be found. She never came back to ask if we need more drinks. Wednesday nights there needs to be more than one waitress working

Took the family last night for dinner (6:30pm). When parking the car, there was a terrible smell of sewage that lingered inside the building as well. Once inside there was nobody in the dining area, but the tables still were dirty and sticky. The salad bar was very much unappealing by the area cleanliness and freshness of ingredients. The menu had been photo copied and was barely legible with no prices on anything other than cheese pizza (other items did have prices). When I asked the server the price of something, it was double what it would have been if we just ordered takeout or delivery. We promptly got up and left at this point without ordering, and honestly shouldn't have stayed that long with the smell and cleanliness of the facility.
So one big problem was freshness, the food wasn’t fresh. I had to ask for fresh food, they did bring it out then. They also had pasta out but it wasn’t warm because the warmer wasn’t working, which means it wasn’t held at the right temp and it made me and my partner sick. The waitress was great and friendly but those things need to be fixed, I’d love to come back and try it again when theses issues are fixed. Thank you!

Went to Pizza Hut for a quick lunch while waiting for AAA to come get my car that broke down. My mom messed up putting in the mobile order so it wasn’t what we wanted. Crystal was very nice and helpful. Went out of her way to help us. She ended up giving us that pizza and remaking one just the way we wanted for no extra charge. Everyone there was really nice and went out of their way to make it a good experience for us! Will definitely be going back! Pizza was hot and perfect! Service was great!

Leaves a little to be desired. Service was sketchy, not the cleanest place. The salad bar was not replenished with fresh items and was limited. I do like the deep dish pizza and that was fine.

Wonderful service and totally respected our family in the Room Area ..that only requires Reservation!!!! Amazing!! No issues with all the little kids playing and having a good time. Thank you all for making it a pleasurable experience!
