I wouldn't eat in Norwich, NY. Many of their places to eat aren't worth the money. This steak and cheese was more salad and mayonnaise than anything else. Go to Binghamton, NY to eat after you visit Norwich, NY. I got poisoned so badly in Norwich at Fred's Inn Restaurant, that I had a stroke. A movie called What's Wrong with Aunt Diane happened here, where this woman was poisoned, crashed and killed herself, her daughter and neices and crippled her nephew in this area. I should have learned my lesson but I was out with good friends. 😒🙄.

staff are very efficient, very clean sett up. Order to pickup and the food is always ready slightly before I get there so there is no waiting for your pickup food.

Stopped in to get dinner ordered 3 foot longs and a salad. The first girl completely ignored my order for a salad and continued with the last two sub orders in our party. Highly disappointed with the service tonight.

Dietary restrictions: Subway has a pdf on their site that lets you know about what things have what in them. It's very well laid out and very handy. If you let the people at the counter know you have a food allergy, they will change their gloves to prevent cross contamination. The people at this particular subway are friendly and not at all dead inside.

Ordered a doordash order at 546 pm, wasn’t even finished being prepared until 630. Mind you we only ordered 3 sandwiches and a box of cookies and 2 drinks. Funnily enough, the cookies and drinks were both missing from our order, and after calling the store, being told i have to wait until tomorrow for the possibility of getting my money back. 0 stars if i could, never ordering from here again.
