I went there tonight and was harassed by one of there employees as the others said nothing. Another one of the employees is the one who engaged and started it all. My food was messed up and missing items. The manager was highly unprofessional as she laughed when I was speaking to her about it nor would give me her name or a name to some one else who could of handled the situation. I will never waste my money there again. My son left crying over the situation. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional visit.

Ordered a Crunchwrap, got the wrong item. My fault for not checking the receipt. Waited almost 40 minutes for a very tiny taco that wasn’t made well at all. Got bit by flies the entire time I was in the building. Very rude employees. Do not recommend.

I would be embarrassed first of all if my review score was 3.2 to begin with but after eating at this establishment I can now see why. Food quantity and what you got was ridiculous. But like everyone else it’s all about reducing what you get while they drive the cost up. But what really pissed us off was when we ordered and paid for extra cheese on my nacho bell grande and when it came out it looked as if it does when you get it normally so my wife simply asked for the extra cheese and the front register associate literally began arguing with her and then started pointing at the menu board and telling us that’s how they do it here. Of course this only angered my wife even further and then they sent another person over to argue and then finally gave us a small cup of cheese. We are from Atlanta ga and I was literally in disbelief that a small town Taco Bell not only hired people who feel it’s ok to argue but then to start pointing at the board and treating us as if we are stupid. If I am the owner I would seriously take a look at your reviews and then I would begin talking to my staff and setting some expectations. I don’t need to do or say anything else other than your Taco Bell review stands at a 3.2. You should be embarrassed that this is the quality you are giving a small community daily. You got our money once and it would have been more but after that treatment you won’t get it again and we travel here a couple times a year for family. Do yourself favor and either do better or change your staff. Oh and btw I work for Walmart in Atlanta and I am a manager but my score sits at a 4.86 ytd. Why you ask, because it’s customer service. Enough said

We stopped and there was a bunch of people waiting, it was 15 mins before closing and we waited, finally someone came to counter after 10 mins and said they were closed. I didn't want to waste the money on it anyway, so I wasn't heartbroken but it wasn't cool

I don't know who runs this Taco Bell but they should be really ashamed of themselves. I spent $30 on tacos and this is literally how they made all the tacos. It's like probably like the worst, and then when I called to speak The coworker Mandy just laughed like I really don't think it's funny like I added sour cream and there's like no cheese on it. This is what I literally paid $30 for through DoorDash. They literally only put sour cream on the end of them

The food is fine when you get it but I don't think I've ever had a good experience here. Last night they were out of Chalupa shells, out of biscuits, out of Cole slaw. At least 3 soda selections were taped over saying out of order. Plus it always takes an excessive amount of time to get your food.
