For starters, we stood at the door for 15 minutes. Both ladies, looked at me about 4 times but none of those times did they approach us to seat us. Mind you, there were empty tables, that were visibly clean. Finally, we’re seated, she took our drink order and comes back. I ordered a MTN Dew, because I see they advertise PEPSI PRODUCTS. Lorie, my waitress, brings me out my “mtn dew” for it to taste watered down. When I notified her that it tastes like water, she states “Well, I haven’t had a complaint. But i’ll try it.” She tries it, and says it’s “just fine” and then has a man named Chris try it, Chris agrees it’s just fine. She brings me a new one, and let me just say the looks of it in the cup looked so much better. Bubbly, and carbonated, tastes more like it. Advice to your waitresses, accept the feedback from your customers, we only want to better you. Having a nasty attitude, and doubting me doesn’t make me want to tip you. Here are some pictures, of both sodas I received, the menu advertising have pepsi products, and what they ACTUALLY have in the soda machine. The only people they seem to have respect for is the older generation. What a shame. Overall, we were just an inconvenience. Lorie — your customer service is poor, you have a bad attitude, straight up miserable & I see why you hate your life. Have the day, YOU deserve. Allow me, to shed light on some reviews that had similar experiences as I did with poor customer service & false advertising.

I got a cheese omelet and home fries amd it was awful. There was no cheese in the omelet at all and the home fries had no seasoning on them at all and everything was cold. The waitress was very rude to us from start to finish. I will never go back there ever again.

Even though I only stayed in Norwich for a few days, if I come back, I'm definitely going to eat here again. Immediately when I walked in, the staff was very nice to us. They called my Mom and I both ladies, and that actually really means a lot to me. Other than a great atmosphere, great food too!

A simple diner without an elaborate and expensive menu. Good atmosphere, good prices, good food, great service. I will definitely visit again in the

The Norwich Diner in New York is a true gem that takes me back to the golden era of diners with its nostalgic charm and delicious comfort food. From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to a time when diners were the heart and soul of American dining. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food. The Norwich Diner's menu is a delightful fusion of classic American dishes and hearty breakfast options that cater to all tastes.Their breakfast offerings are a standout—the fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs are a quintessential diner experience that never fails to satisfy. Whether you're a fan of sweet or savory breakfast delights, the Norwich Diner has something to please every palate.
