An unexpected lunch stop, pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food & prices. We tried the Turkey Ruben, Philly Cheesesteak, fries & homemade chips… they were cooked perfectly. We’re not typically impressed eating out, this was really a good choice!

The food is pretty good here, however the customer service hasn’t been great. We often order take out and show up a few minutes after we were told our food would be ready. When we finally can get someone to check on the food they say they’ll “be right back” and disappear into the kitchen for another 20 minutes, after already having waited the estimated 30-45. I understand it gets busy, however this has happened to us multiple times at this point.

Fried pickles were the biblical equivalent of going down on the virgin mary
My family really enjoys eating here. My daughter especially loves the French onion soup. I love the atmosphere and the new decorations. You can tell that they value supporting local agriculture and businesses. There is parking on the street and in the parking lot right next to the restaurant. They offer outdoor seating when weather allows. The staff is very kind and accommodating. It's a very nice place to enjoy a meal.
Parking: They have a parking lot and there is also street parking available.
We discovered this place over the summer. Food was incredible. Stopped back last night and were so disappointed by the service and poor treatment. We waited almost an hour. Ordered at 5:00. Watched people come in after us. Saw their food arrive. Saw these tables finish their food and get their bills and we still had nothing until we asked a server. She brought us a basket of fries- part of our order. Amazing taste.
Kept waiting. Nothing. Stopped our waitress and she never apologized. Just kept saying, “can’t you see how busy I am.” I thought to myself…I waitressed for 4 years and never said that to anyone. Plus having twenty tables in my section I always kept an eye on my people.
We still waited- nothing. Stopped her again and she rudely said to my partner “Oh. I see you’ve had enough of me.” At that point we just agreed and said we would pay for our drinks and fries and leave. She said that our wings were probably almost done and the burger might be too. This is now one hour later. We called it quits not knowing how much longer it would take and still no apology.
She did say okay just go and the drinks and fries are on us. That was decent, but I would have preferred an apology or better explanation and my food. I went home hungry.
My guess is she never put our ticket in or put it after the 6 tables that came in after us.
Sad because we really liked the food and atmosphere over the summer.

The issue we had with service was that we had to wait 30 minutes for what we ordered. The waitress was pleasant and the atmosphere was nice (we sat outside). The waitress apologized but we had to take our food to go vs being able to eat there.
We stopped to eat at a magical place called Caryville inn, Oakfield. The waitress was exceptionally nice. All the food that we ordered was very delicious, including a gluten-free and vegetarian options. Highly recommended!

Great wings 50 cents each on Wednesdays. Outdoor patio has a great atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Fun place.
