I really wanted to leave a great review, but after my experience with the owner, Pat I can't do that. A few weeks ago I asked if they used seperate fryers for shellfish as I had noticed after ordering fryer food a couple times coming home and not feeling so well. They told me that at this time they only had one fryer so everything was made in that that was on the menu. So I stopped ordering food. I specifically said that I have a shellfish allergy and made sure that at our banquet last night that the food I ordered wouldn't be touching the fryer or the grill where it would be contaminated. I was told that it was no problem. With our dinner we were served a side salad with croutons, I ate one and asked if they were deep fried because my lips and mouth were on fire and something was wrong. Kim, the other owner apologized a million times as she didn't remember that they deep fried them. When Pat came into the dining room, she told him what happened and I even chimed in and said yeah I have a shellfish allergy and didn't bring my pen, he SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS, WALKED AWAY AND SAID THE FOOD WAS GOOD. I am absolutely speechless as I found out later there is another woman who also has a shellfish allergy but didn't eat the side salad. Their is NO DISCLAMIER on the menu just says please let us know about any food allergies, I did and he obviously doesn't care. I've included photos of the menu so you can see it doesn't say "we fry shellfish in our fryers" or "shellfish cross contaminated fryers". I am writing this so others are aware.

One of the worst meals…. Waited almost a fricken hour for our food, 2 Philly cheese steaks and a beef on weck all with fries… fries were WAY over done and grease filled and meat was maybe lukewarm at best… totally sucked! For a grand total of $52.89

This place isn’t wheelchair accessible even in 2024. I even bought my own portable ramp but there’s too many stairs. So disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.

Overall it was a great experience. The food was good, our bowling neighbors were friendly, and we plan to go back.Parking: Caution to those driving cars rather than trucks or SUVs: the entrance to the bar's parking lot has a steep incline from the road. I unfortunately bottomed out my car due to the sharp transition. It actually looks like this applies only at one end of the parking lot and not the other. Please be careful when entering.Kid-friendliness: We brought a young grandson both to the restaurant area as well as into bowling. Overall there were no issues whatsoever in the dining area even though it was also a bar, and everybody was accommodating bowling too, even though my grandson made a couple of mistakes like bowling on the wrong lane or dropping the ball in a weird direction, etc.

Finally, our first visit since the new ownership and remodeling! We went to see a great band, "Bad Sign", with the intentions of trying the food and experiencing the 'new' location. Rusty Rail you really did a great job. We didn't bowl, but looking in the bowling section it appears to be very nicely cleaned up. Besides the lanes, there are two main sections; a bar with stools and booths, and a dining section with standard dining tables and chairs. The band played in the later. It was quite nice having a sit down enjoyment of the band (with room for dancing). Seeing the band there, from the bar area, is only possible towards the back of the bar. The way the back of the bar was opened up more, looks great. Fresh walls and paint, new floor, new booths. The cleanliness was fantastic to see. The staff was quite friendly, quick and courteous! The specials were a good choice. One, the Weck and Wings, was good. The wing sauce was unique. Possibly an altered Frank's, but quite good. The fries were cooked just right and the beef was tender. The fried shrimp with macaroni salad and fries was quite good. The shrimp breading was good and all were fried to a perfect crisp outside. The atmosphere was very nice. Great for family in either table or booth setting. Patrons at the bar were good home town friendly, as well.Parking: A few street parking spots. The parking lot across the street is gravel with ample space but watch out for the very large potholes that hold water for soakers.

Our family comes often for bowling and dinner. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. When bowling we never have wait long if there’s any questions, to get shoes or lane assignments or pay our bills. Food is great, portions are good. Specials, menu options, drinks and prices are all listed in the menus. It’s nice to see the updates that have been made to the business since the new owners started.

We were all excited about having the bowling alley open back up here in town. The owner is a jerk, acts like he is being bothered when something isn't working or just to get shoes and the place is over priced. We paid $22 for a HALF pitcher of beer and the music they played for rock and bowl was highly inappropriate (WAP?) We will not be coming back unfortunately and do not recommend for anyone else to try. I'm all about supporting local business, but I'd rather go to Mancuso where the food and service is better and appreciated.

We ordered the fried and grilled chicken sandwiches. The fried chicken sandwich was good. Did not come with any toppings or condiments, so I added them at home. The grilled BBQ chicken was dry. The sauce was added after the meat was cooked, but the flavor was good. My daughter loved the chicken tenders and fries. All in all, I will be back for food. They were very busy and service was great.

Ordered a large steak sub peppers/onions banana peppers an mushrooms. I got 2 steak ems on a hotdog bun with raw onions banana peppers an mushrooms no sweet peppers an a handful of saggy French fries. It was ready in just 15 mins but not at all what you expect when ordering a sub. An for 16 bucks IDK lost my business for good.

Terrible customer service. If you aren't friends with the bar staff you will not get a drink. 45 minutes for a drink is ridiculous.it is unfortunate. Was hoping for a good experience since we are locals and looking for a fun place to go.
