I hate this place so much. Aunty Jee is never serious always talking talking talking. I did a mobile order like ten mins before I walked in and they gave it like 15 minutes after I asked for it in the store. They talk so much and they don’t know the order they gave my Hindu friend bacon in her croissant with toasted egg and cheese. My drink is always looking funky I’m actually never going here again. Dunkin Donuts are always run a little wonky but this one is just extra wonky.

I honestly don't expect much from these places, but this is the worst one I've ever experienced. They decided to get rid of all the seats and tables, which tells customers that they are not welcome. The attitude is expected, but this lady takes it to another level. And when you serve me freezer burnt ice cream, that's where I draw the line. This is the perfect location for any business, and if you can't make it work here there is a serious problem. Until there is new management, I will never return.

Order on app went to pick up they r busy not because of customers because they r doing something else people waiting on line but doesnt care one person take order and another person making a sandwich that not even finished order and one person putting the bottles that not necessary to do it at the moment 5-6 people waiting but they keep doing something else they dont make an online order and keep doing something else like pick up their phone bringing a lce from the back suddenly cleaning an coffee brewer …. I dont know i can not understand i been going to dunkin coffee for years never experienced before like this Also they gave me a crooked cup that almost spilled few time… im not happy at all This is not first time i will never go this location ever again

Rude lady that works before 7am on Mondays needs to get retrained on how to make drinks. Been getting iced cappuccinos for years and this was the first time my drink came out looking like dirty brown water. She refused to re-make it & just added more milk to the drink???
