One of the worst Dunkin in the area. Never enough customer service people behind the counter don't know how to make most of the drinks. Donuts are often stale. They don't have enough staff behind the counter. This Dunkin and the one on 73rd Ave are run very badly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a milkshake and word to my mother that shit was straight up milk. I had a bad day and just wanted to drain my feelings in ice cream. If I didn't want to kill myself before, then they surely convinced me. I tried to explain to them in a orderly fashion, but this worker (Masuma) grabbed the drink out of my hand and threw it at me. The people there were scared and started to retaliate and rebel against Masuma.

Saw the cashier touch the munchkins with bare fingers.Cashiers handle cash throughout the day with bare hands. They should not touch donuts/munchkins directly.What's the point of using papers to get donuts/munchkins if the person's going to touch them with their fingertips?I am sure the clerks do this unintentionally, but saw them doing this several times.

TLDR: DO NOT GO HERELady who works there is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!.- I have NEVER written a bad review before.It was my first time being at this Dunkin Donuts location. I went in with a friend visiting New York and a lady working there kicked me out when I told her that I was not ready to order yet - like Why, just why ???? WORST service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I decided not to defend myself because why would I spend money here when I genuinely have done nothing to make that lady start yelling at me. It also felt a little racially motivated too because I am a young black women and it's stereotypically believed that all Black people will cause a disturbance. She judge my character because of the way look. I get anxiety when I order food so, I was going to tell my friend what I wanted inorder to order together instead of separately. While yelling she assumed that I was not going to order any food and I decided to comply and silently leave as she escorted me out. The security guard even felt bad and started apologizing because he knew I did not do anything wrong.
