Food was delicious and fresh, the sauce station was clean and presentable. Great customer service. The staff were friendly and quick. I didn’t order any, but the menu had vegan meat options which I have never seen offered at other hot pot restaurants.

This place is not super fancy, but it's clean and great for families. It doesn't have exotic seafood or meat, but the price is very affordable. The services were great. The servers were all very friendly.

This is my favorite restaurant to visit when I'm craving hot pot! I live in Flushing where there's one on every corner but I'll take the extra 15 minute drive here because their ingredients, especially the meat and veggies are always super fresh. They have the best fish roe balls and the rare egg dumplings. They don't have all the extra frills just good quality food and everything you need for a well-rounded hot pot dinner.

The staffs are attentive and helpful. I would say the customer service is pretty great. As for the food, I order house chicken broth. The taste is like typical chicken soup that I usually see at most hotpot places. If you are a fan of chicken broth, go for it. I love it. I order lamp and chicken slices, scallops, and squids, which are very fresh. The potion is small and good enough for one person. (If you go with your friend, you might want to consider the set menu or the platter.) I also order Chinese cabbage (which is also really fresh and taste juicy). It would be great if the cabbage is cut into smaller pieces. I have some trouble boiling them. There are various sauces ( you can also mix as you would) that you can choose from. Their original bubble tea also tastes delicious. The drink is not too sweet and just perfect. Considering the restaurant's main menu is not bubble tea, I could tell they put a lot of effort into creating the drink. The price is also reasonable. Overall, I have a great experience there. I would definitely come back.

Great place to fulfill my hotpot cravings. This is a simple, minimal frills, straightforward hotpot place. Soup base is basic chicken broth, but they do offer other options. I love their sauce bar. Their house soy sauce is really good. Veggies are clean and fresh, meats and fish are good too. Service is quick and they refill your pot when they see it getting low on soup. Would definitely come back when I want a simple hot pot experience.

MY FAVORITE SHABU SHABU! I've been a loyal customer to them for more than 5 years and I love the service. There are a large variety of sauces and their ingredients are always fresh. There used to be 2 locations (this one and the one in Flushing) but the other one closed during the pandemic. I would really recommend this place.Parking: There is a parking lot. To get in you have to go straight on Springfield Blvd and take a left on that same block into the parking lot.

Love this place, my local hotpot restaurant! Everything is reasonably priced in my opinion and i have not had a bad meal from this place. I also like the punch cards they give you so if you dine a certain amount of times / spend a certain amount of $ u eventually get a discount! Only advice I have is come on a weekday, they seem to ne very busy on weekends so the service is sometimes slower (that’s expected!) But whenever I have come on a weekday or for lunch when they aren’t swamped the service and food have been 10/10.

Convenient hotpot venue with easy parking. Clean, fresh food, but don't expect anything exciting. Kind of like the McDonald's of hotpot, consistent, individual, cook it yourself, hotpot.Parking: Street and rear parking available

I wish the location closer to me was still open. But, I do make the commute for this place. The staff know me well now. It's a no frills vibe but the food is consistently good.

I can't believe I have never rated this place as I have been coming here for many years. I guess I was just too busy enjoying the food. In any event, as you can tell by my five star rating, I really like this place. Five stars for both the food and the experience. You might think that it is antithetical to go to a restaurant and cook your own food, however, that is hardly the case at this restaurant. Choose your soup, base, meat, fish, vegetables, accoutrements, and of course beer and sake. I usually go with fatty beef with the standard soup base. Be advised, they have a hot and spicy Soup base, that I would recommend only for the well indoctrinated customer. I ordered it once, and I nearly burned the taste buds off my tongue. Frozen thinly sliced beef, Japanese, pumpkin, taro, mushrooms, bok choy, fish ball, rice stick, the list goes on. Go to the Fixins boring put together a small plate of garlic, green onion, and green chilies along with Sriracha and barbecue sauce. Make the broth your own, and cook everything and enjoy. Always better with an ice cold Tsingtao.
