I have always enjoyed buying baked goods here but was disappointed that the most recent cookies that I ordered were stale and very bland.

You may find good Barbari bread here; they bake everyday but it will be running out quick.Other Persian cooking ingredients also can be find here. Very nice and friendly staff.

This is a small shop with a lot of cooked pastries and other middle eastern staples. The man working was very friendly and helpful, he's Persian and I believe said the owner was too, they are known for their giant freshly cooked bread.Given the name and some searches I thought this was an Armenian bakery, and wished they had some Armenian staples but that was my mistake :-) they did have some packaged lavash (not made there) and some really good parsley and cheese pastries in filo dough that reminded me of boreg. They also have a few different kinds of kashkaval cheese which I haven't found other places.
Nice assortment of Mideastern breads, cheeses, olives, pastries, etc. Another plus is Ararat bakes their own breads and pitas on premises. I give Ararat and owner Sammy my 5 Coconuts for excellence!Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed!????❤️?

I spend too much money here. Especially on: - za'atar bread - labneh - baklava (pistachio) - flat breads of all kinds - little apricot nougat candies - all the sides/spreads #eatlocal #supportsmallbusinesses
