Do not order off of their online menu it is wrong and they will argue with you when you come in and see that your role isn’t correct with the ingredients that they stay on the online menu They also overcharge by any cent that they can and they do it in a way that you will try and not notice. They charge 3% card fee, which is normal but they don’t charge 3%. They charge three extra dollars if you use your card. I’m reporting this place never coming back.

We probably won’t order their kitchen entrées again. We tried the chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu, and both dishes had very dry chicken. The teriyaki also had an overpowering smoky, grilled flavor. I might come back to try the sushi, but I’ll be skipping the kitchen entrées from now on.

I have taken my family to Osaka for years, all well. A problem has developed concerning gratuities. Osaka now dictates how much you must tip as it appears on the bill, computer generated. Usually parties of 6 have a tip factored in. Osaka does this for all diners regardless of size. I addressed my concern with the waitress and was told, “That’s what we do with all customers.” This dictated gratuity is outrageous. I will not return to Osaka.

Absolutely terrible food and customer service! The tuna smelled stinky, and spoiled! We also found a curly hair in our sushi, and a metal wire in our edemame beans! I will be reporting to dept of health, stay away!

Terrible customer service. They were so rude and had terrible attitudes. When I walked in I was the only one in there and they looked at me like I was bothering them or intruding.
I recently moved to the area not knowing what places are good to eat. On a family walk one day, my husband suggested we try it. We ended up going two more times that same week. This place has the best hibachi meals and fresh tasting sushi. The prices are extremely reasonable considering how fresh the sushi tastes. We’ve ordered take out and dined in it and each time the customer services/ quality is the absolute best. Thinking of having my birthday dinner here!

This place has great sushi! Not great “kosher sushi” - great sushi which is also certified kosher. I look forward to going there many times more.
My group ordered a wide variety of fish and veggies, all were good or great. The staff were friendly and helpful, including bringing our orders to us since several of us have mobility issues.
This is primarily a take-out place so plan accordingly. There are only 4 seats, at a counter.

Parking: Small parking lot but there is street parking available and parking behind the restaurant.
