We probably won’t order their kitchen entrées again. We tried the chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu, and both dishes had very dry chicken. The teriyaki also had an overpowering smoky, grilled flavor. I might come back to try the sushi, but I’ll be skipping the kitchen entrées from now on.

I have taken my family to Osaka for years, all well. A problem has developed concerning gratuities. Osaka now dictates how much you must tip as it appears on the bill, computer generated. Usually parties of 6 have a tip factored in. Osaka does this for all diners regardless of size. I addressed my concern with the waitress and was told, “That’s what we do with all customers.” This dictated gratuity is outrageous. I will not return to Osaka.

They also overcharge by any cent that they can and they do it in a way that you will try and not notice. They charge 3% card fee, which is normal but they don’t charge 3%. They charge three extra dollars if you use your card. I’m reporting this place never coming back.
