Really nice people and good options of candy to choose from?

I had lived around the corner from this place for 5+ years (and when I move back this is the first place I am stopping at). The couple who owns the place are some of the nicest people I have ever met. For example, this one time I must have looked confused while checking out some imported soda (I had no experience on the mechanism to open it). They saw I was having an issue, stopped what they were doing, and showed me. Always with a smile.

The owner is friendly and nice! This would be my go-to from now on for bubble tea. It tastes amazing. Prices aren't as high either. Have different varieties/flavors of candies, ice cream, and bubble tea . The only issue is that they only accept cash, which is a hassle in 2023. Place can use some cleaning and can be organized more with some seating space.
