Nobody ever answers the phone. What’s the point in being open if you can’t order anything

Ordered online and went to pick up, only to find the restaurant was closed and apparently has been for weeks. No food, but they took my money when I placed my order. Total rip off!

Ordered online and my card was charged, but the store is closed and has been for weeks. I found that out when I showed up to pick up my dinner. So no pizza, and still out $40.

Door dashed the Pizza Factory for the first time tonight, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious🤌🤌!! This is now officially our go to for pizza and everything else they have to offer. And their customer service 🤌.

The manager Andrew was amazing. Great food and at affordable price x3 lunch specials $2.99 each which gets you two slices and 12 ounce beverage.

Parking: There's always been parking. 10+ parking space, and one handicap parking.

Kid-friendliness: They are very welcoming of my son.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level and wheeler accessible.

Thought it was getting better over there, ordered delivery and they showed up almost 20 mins late when I’m not that far away from your shop. Tried to call the place and of course they don’t answer so I’ll leave a review instead. Both pizza’s were burnt and crispy but the bread sticks were still raw. I’ll give you guys one more chance since every pizza place in the burg is absolute garbage, but if my food is messed up again I’ll stick to driving outta town for tru north pizza. Atleast I know it’s quality everytime and worth the time and effort to drive out that way.

I underestimated this place. I tried it for the first time and the pizza was amazing. The crust was great and seemed like it was made in house. toppings were fresh and delicious. we had a small supreme and small BBQ chicken.

Pizza is decent, online ordering has been broken for months. Ordered once, months ago, and had to wait for the order because it wasn’t made. Ordered again today, assuming last time was a one off, and had to wait again. Why have online ordering as an option if nothing goes through and customers have to wait?

Our pizza was half Hawaiian and half supreme, we had to use paper towels to daub the grease away before we could it eat, very stingy on the sauce on the pizza as well

This is the closest thing i’ve found to authentic pizza since moving to the area! I ordered medium wings and a pepperoni pizza. The dough was not greasy; not doughy; not thin- but crisp. The wings were a great side and perfectly seasoned. This will be my only pizza/ wing place while I’m local.

For the area, they make a pretty good cheese pizza. The crust is probably the weak point; it's thick, dense and biscuit-like. Great sauce and cheese, and good ratio to dough.
