I paid 5 dollars in extras, 2+ dollars for extra cheese on my chili did not get any, I do not eat chili with out cheese, I ordered extra mayo and lettuce costed me 3 extra dollar- got a sprinkle of lettuce barely enough to say it’s there and literally no mayo- and the only excuse was they’re understaffed today- this has happened twice I didn’t even get a refund, I’m never coming again ,because of the bad service and low quality food, the turkey is cheap, and the lettuce is cheap nothing like they advertise.

It's a traditional stop after I cross the border to grab coffee, gas and use the restrooms. My main issue is the restrooms are a bit run down, and often a bit dirty with flies and bugs. It's a shared bathroom with the other businesses, so not sure who is responsible.
The food is good, but run out of crosscuts everyday by 11am.

Purchased a mug from them 6 days ago the top is already not working. I reached out to customer service they said I would have to go to the store for a refund with receipt. I was traveling so I do not live near one closest is about 4 hrs away. So they just said sorry. Waste of money and a big corporation that doesn't want to make the wrongs right. Go somewhere else for a coffee.
