Pretty simple place to go for quick food (or drink) service is fast I recomend the mango pineapple refresher with 50 munchkins or a dozen doughnuts for kids and coffee for quick pickup for work.

The staff is super friendly. I'll go out of my way to get my order here because they always make my orders right and if they don't they are kind to remake and fix my order with a smile. There's other dunkins near me, but I'll go out of my way to go to this one because or the service.

I came to this Dunkin Donuts instead of the one on 203 Broadhollow road(which is closer but the service is prison quality) I usually get a matcha latte with additional scoops of matcha powder and the staff here accommodated to my request without any hassle which I appreciate. The speed of their service is above average but I find the quality of the food provided to be more important and they did just that, the croissant sandwich and drinks were made perfectly. The staff member (I think it was the manager) who was helping me gave me her utmost attention with my order and any questions that I had. Keep up the good work ladies. Your efforts and attention are appreciated :)
Like all Dunkins the food is great! Nothing special about this one, it’s very nice. I recommend! Food is delicious!

So their schedule says they open at 5am. The 3 times I stop by appx 545am for something to eat the old lady always says the oven "is not ready because I just opened, maybe another 30 mins" that's ridiculous! It's never even busy at that time to say it would slow other people orders, that's just lazy.

Coffee and bagels are always fresh the staff here is the absolute best. Once I pull up to the front they start making the coffee for me and I really appreciate that. Donuts and munchkins are always fresh so much so I have to take a break from the sweets.
