Pretty good place friendly staff and quick however my beef lo mein tasted like the grill it was cooked on needed to be cleaned kinda that overly charred flavor. But it wasn't actually burnt.

FANTASTIC CHINESE CUISINE! I came here with my mom...visiting from Utica! We've never been to Bamboo Chinese restaurant before in Old Forge, and we'd thought we'd try it! WOW! Excellent food!! I got the sliced chicken in garlic sauce and she got the chicken Lo mein! My mom and I are very picky about Asian cuisine, but we were both very happy with our entrees at Bamboo Chinese food in Old Forge! We definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic...

Honestly I love this place. Everyone there is so friendly, and the food is always good and made fast. My cousins and I would get food here after school in early fall/late spring and it was the best part of my day. (Side note: if you get moo shu you may want to double order the pancakes because they’re quite thin and you may want to double up, and if you order the general tso’s chicken it comes as dark meat but if you want white meat just specify white meat)
