Called to check whether they were open since the website info didn't match the posted hours, and ended up making a reservation. Small, one-room dining area but nice atmosphere and wasn't too crowded or loud. Ordered coconut shrip appetizer, which came out quickly and was really good. Entree orders of vodka riggies and veal parmisiana came with salad, which I got with blue cheese crumbles and dressed with balsamic vinaigrette, which I believe was homemade. Bread arrived a bit late, but was homemade with cripsy crust and fluffy inside. Riggies were outstanding and very flavorful. Parmisiana was cooked perfectly and delicious. Ordered cannoli for desert, which was also very good. Staff was very friendly and will bag any leftovers for you. Price was rather high but was worth it. Overall an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend making a reservation.

Our family of 7 from Maine has discovered this gem in Old Forge. We were greeted with friendliness and a calm atmosphere.Water glasses continually filled and All of our meals were absolutely wonderful.
We will return to Billys with family and friends with every visit to camp.

Not worth it. Overpriced and average at best. I went with a party of seven and we all had the same opinion, just o.k. but overpriced. The salad was basically just lettuce. They charged us for refills of coke. Who does that in this day and age? Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

Their food is the best Italian food I have ever had!The best service and friendly. It was nice seeing everyone working together even the owner helping the waitresses. Service was even 100% better. I definitely will be back if I’m in the area.

Top tier Italian cuisine, service, and showmanship. I can't rave enough about this little gem and taste of Italy in lil old forge. I don't think it really matters what is ordered off of the vast menu other than perfection lol. Keep up the good work Billy and crew!!!

When I die, I hope heaven is Billy’s Italian Restaurant. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl. I am now 30 and let me tell you. Nothing has changed. Having the privilege to experience this as an adult with my family is a blessing. This restaurant has become a tradition and every meal is delicious. Been going to the Adirondacks for years never tried this place but that will never happen again we went there last Friday the food is amazing we had the vodka sauce and Alfredo also the stuffed mushrooms everything was just so good can't wait till the next time I get to go there again best Italian food I've ever had in a restaurant
