An absolutely refreshing place for a meal. Billy’s brings back the great feeling of how business should be done and the way it used to be. As you enter the environment in inviting and comfortable, very warm as well as unique in a special hometown kind of way. The walls are adorned with wine corks that were placed there by hand by the owner (over 5000), and is romantic, cozy, comfortable and special! All of the staff is amazing and the owner “Billy” greets and speaks with you multiple times during your visit and is so friendly and personable, it makes you feel at home. The menu is amazing, and every item on it is prepared to perfection, as well as served in the same fashion. Pasta cooked the way it should be and the serving size is the same, the quality is by far some of the best we have ever had. Once you make it past appetizers and the meal, if you can still enjoy desert you will not be disappointed, and if you didn’t save room, get it to go!!! Actually the whole menu is available to go if need be!!! The cost, well it could be double and we would still be fine, this is an amazing value and experience across the board! Thank you Billy and staff for bringing back dining “the way it should be” in the current day. Here is to 🍷 many more years of success and happy meals!

My family and I come to old forge multiple times a year. This was our first time eating at Billy’s. Let me tell you it was AMAZING! The atmosphere, the owner himself, the staff, and the food was all amazing. The owner even made my son’s day by giving him a Billy’s shirt. We absolutely loved this restaurant, it was by far the best Italian my husband and I ever had! We will DEFINITELY be back every year we visit old forge. Definitely give them a try! You will not regret.

Great dinner with our family- very friendly to young children. Food was delicious (especially the homemade hats with broccoli!) and service was fast and attentive.
What a terrific place! You can tell that this is a popular spot for locals. The restaurant is small, but has a cool, old school vibe. I was there on a Wednesday at 5 PM and the place was totally full. Had Ruffino Chianti (only $27) as my wine choice. I didn't even make it to their regular menu because the special were so enticing. My wife and split Cherry Peppers stuffed with sausage (delicious and spicy) as an appetizer. My main course was Vodka Scallop Riggies, which were delicious and in such a large portion that I had enough for a second meal the next day. I had Tiramisu for dessert, which resembled more of a cake slice than the square slice I am used to. It was okay- did not have enough espresso flavoring. All in all, this is a terrific restaurant that I will go to again next time I am in Old Forge.
We happened to walk in just as Billy's was opening for the evening, and luckily was able to get a table even though we had no reservations. Food and service was great, and we could see why a reservation was needed. Altogether a fine time and we will be back.

The restaurant is small & cozy. Call ahead for reservations to make sure they can seat you at the time you want to eat. FYI days open may not be correct on Google Maps. When we went in July they were open Tuesday through Saturday. Call to confirm they are open when you want to go. Enjoy!
