In the past two weeks, I’ve taken 35 people to this coffee shop and we all loved our drinks. The staff did not show any disinterest in our groups of at least 15 people ordering at a time. We will definitely keep them in mind on our next outdoors trip for Utica
Came here from out of town. The coffee was the best I’ve ever had. They have lots of (overpriced) merchandise that takes up space in the facility. When they are busy, it gets very crowded in there due to this. I’d rather have them remove some merchandise to add more seating inside. Also, there’s only one door to get in and out of the place. Quite annoying when you’re the person waiting in the door in line, and you have to keep moving for people. I see this as a fire hazard...
