My husband and I dined here tonight for the first time and sadly we were very disappointed. It started with our server, Desiree, who came to the table, never introduced herself and asked with head down, did we want anything to drink! She seemed like an unhappy sad sack who was miserable with her life. A great way to start off a meal. It finished with rubber calamari, tough chicken franchise, and cacciatore. The gelato that I heard so much about was meh at best. I really wanted to enjoy as it was referred to us by an Old Forge local but missed the mark on every level. First and last time for us!

First time coming to this place. Loved the building set up. Very classy set. Waiters and waitresses were very friendly and super kind to our little ones. Food was AMAZING! My husband is Italian and doesn’t play when it comes to pasta and sauce. The Manacotti was to die for and my husband really enjoyed his Chicken Franchese. Their bread was the softest, thickest, fluffiest bread I’ve Ever eaten. I’d give this place a 10 out of 10. Definitely will return.

Decided to give them another try after a few years and completely disappointed took over an hour to get our food and it was cold. Very disappointed in the food I ordered zuppa di peche and almost no seafood in it $$$$ for a bad meal

my first time here and I loved it! everything was delicious! 10/10! especially the homemade bread, baked fresh daily! and therefore, of course, the bailey’s white chocolate bread pudding, made with that same bread! 🤤🫠 the chocolate gelato, also made in house, was so good but quite rich, I should’ve gone with 1 scoop instead of 2! 🤭 my entrée, the rigatoni con fungi, was magnificent! 🤌🤌

Have been going here for years and I have to say we won’t go again. The food has dropped in quality, the service last night was terrible. I understand food costs are high but to charge $5 to sub Broccoli instead of Brussel sprouts and $3 for extra marinara is extreme. Swapped out one vegetable for another shouldn’t be an up charge, especially on an over priced tasteless steak. The chicken Parmesan was nothing but 2 frozen chicken patties. Manicotti portion was a kids portion. Never asked if we wanted any salad dressing , just gave us all Italian. Waitress definitely had no interest in being there. Very disappointed, we will go to Billy’s from now on.

Went there Saturday night. The waitress was rude. Didn't ask if we wanted another soda or bread. When I let the mgr know,she informed me that if you want extra bread,it will be an extra price as well as soda,no free refills. Prices were high and small portions. When I said I didn't like salad,she said that their is no substitute. Wouldn't recommend it.

My son picked Frankies for his bday dinner so about 10 adults and a couple kids all went. I left a vm on the answering machine and the owner called right back, very nice very professional. We arrived and sat at our table downstairs (which we all love)! The atmosphere is amazing! The food is amazing! And it is a must that I mention the AMAZING waitress, Samantha who waited on us. If the owners are reading this- she is amazing. Very professional and very friendly!!
