Misters is my family’s go-to in Old Forge. We absolutely love it there - my sister even had her rehearsal dinner there! The food is always amazing and the menu changes seasonally. You can tell they have a passion for the food and drinks they serve! We always make sure to order a round of dirty martinis at the amazing old school bar before our meal. We were looking for a spot where we could get a peaceful, hot meal -- and my husband was not in the mood for anything spicy. We saw this old house on the main drag & decided to try it. OH MY GOSH! We couldn't decide! I had a tasty fall-vegetable dish, and we split a flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Plus, the facility was just beautiful! Fireplace, woodworking, staircase.....very beautiful former home.

What an amazing surprise. We decided to go without much planning and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The food was so good, the ambiance is perfect and the music was great. Ian was our server and he was friendly, helpful and of great help when making decisions. I will come back when visiting here again.

Stopped in for an early dinner on a rainy day of shopping in OF and what a pleasant surprise this place was! Warm, inviting and comfortable. Our server, Ian, was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially love that their menu changes seasonally to take advantage of local availability. Some other highlights included French press coffee with dessert, individual hand towels in the bathroom and the best chill dining playlist ever. Cannot recommend this place enough… we will most certainly be back!

Four of us had a wonderful dining experience on the porch of Misters Bistro on a Wednesday evening in July. The setting itself is delightful and our service throughout the evening was excellent. We ordered a variety of things and the consensus was that the Burrata, ordered as an appetizer with our drinks, was outstanding. We went on to have salads, both Caesar and Sicilian, and one of us had the Jackfruit, as our starters. These were all a little unusual with ingredients slightly out of our customary flavor experience but agreeably tasty. For the main courses we had the mushroom strudel, eggplant rollatini, and scallops. Excellent all. There were no complaints and we had a hard time thinking about having dessert. However, two of us succumbed—and are we ever glad we did. The flourless chocolate cake was truly “to die for”. All in all, a very memorable experience!

What more can you ask for? A warm, welcoming and friendly greeting made for the start of a relaxing evening. Our server was professional and personable; not pushy, knew the menu well; was attentive but not overbearing. The food was just perfection! Exquisitely plated! Sauces made to pair with our meal added another dimension of fun and flavor. Each bite was a perfect mix of smooth and crunch with pops of bright flavor...and dessert...SAME...eat here..you won't be disappointed!!
