The chowder was good the server was good but the almost $17 fish sandwich was horrible small little piece of fish that was over cooked and dried out I took 2 bites out of it and left the rest there I did tell my server it wasn't good they didn't offer me anything in exchange for that horrible sandwich

Visited for dinner with my mom while vacationing in Old Forge and Slicker’s did not disappoint! The fish and chips, delicious! The staff, fast, friendly and efficient. We will definitely return next time we’re in the area.

The lobster mac and cheese is really just velveeta and imitation crab (with a dash of hair) (they discounted our check so it’s fine, not that they apologized for it though lol). But maybe save yourself $18 and order something else! It’s also really loud in there, they’d probably benefit adding some mats since I saw some other comments about it being really loud. Also maybe take the stick out of your *** before greeting your guests!

We had an excellent time, 2nd time here and food was delicious, we had burgers the 1st night, and the chicken finger basket the 2nd, also had they're buffalo wings. The Sangria was also very tasty. The wait staff were all very kind and courteous. Will definitely be back

Every year, it's been our family tradition to eat at this restaurant, and all our visits have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, tonight was disappointing. We came to dinner with 2 adults and 4 children. After we ordered all our meals, the waitress brought out waters, and one of the plastic cups broke when I put the lid on. She promptly got napkins, and we cleaned up the mess. However, the pile of wet napkins and placemats sat on our table the whole time.
We ordered a fish fry, the Balboa, kids' mac & cheese, chicken tenders, and a bowl of house chowder. After an hour, the tenders and mac & cheese came out without utensils. Meanwhile, guests who arrived 15 minutes after us were being served. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I spoke to the waitress, paid the bill, and asked her to make the order to go. The order was wrong and missing items, which were eventually corrected.
Throughout the entire experience, we were never informed that things were going to be slow or that they were understaffed, which would have helped us understand the delays. This was completely unacceptable service, and the food was poor since it was overcooked. I hope management or ownership can make changes.

Walked in, girl at front looked us dead in the face and continued to ignore for at least five minutes without greeting or saying hello, then a different girl tells us that it will be five minutes they just have to clear the tables, doesn’t ask our names or anything but says five minutes. 30 minutes later after making a list and putting other people on it before us even though we were next in order to get seated and then had the audacity to ask “if we wanted a table” you told us 30 min ago it would be five minutes and we didn’t ask again since you all seemed so busy, why else would we have been standing there for 30 min other than to be seated? Absolutely ignorant.
