My friends and I just went here on a weekend vacation, and we would never come back. It was dirty and the service was terrible. The walls were dirty as well as the lamps that we had to stare at for almost two hours. There were also a ton of flies. We waited an hour for our food (almost all orders of chicken tenders). During that hour, our waitress never came to check on us and we all needed drink refills. Our food came out and was mediocre, and we didn’t get checked on again for another half hour. After we got our bills after we had to ask for them, she did not come back until we had to wave her down with all of our cards ready to go. The bill was also wrong. We were charged for extra drinks when my friends got water. We were so frustrated after being there for almost two hours that we didn’t bother to ask her to fix it. The waitress never said thank you. We got out of there as quick as possible because truly, the entire experience sucked.

Disappointing. Judging from the high volume of positive customer reviews, we decided to visit for dinner. The experience was underwhelming and disappointing. I got the Baked Cod and another party member got a Hamburger.
The cod was highly over seasoned and downing in what I can only derive to be a ton of butter.
The hamburger was delivered not to the requested cooking order; which is not a big deal, but including it here for transparency.
A party member requested to exchange the default French Fries for any vegetable available. The waitress’ response: “There are no vegetables served at this restaurant. We deep fry most menu items.” 😔

I found this place extremely disappointing. We arrived when they first opened and enclosed entrance way as filled with leaves and the floor inside looked as if it hadn’t been swept or cleaned in a week. The window by our table was dirty and had flies all over it. I had their French dip, but barely ate half of it. Not sure why it was “famous”, I’ve had much better ant a lot of other place and the chips were stale. Would not go back again.
We've been here multiple times at differing times of day each time it's taken more than an hour for our food to get to us, even when we've been sat and ordered immediately and when it's nearly empty. It gets to a point where any time we ask the servers (usually around the half hour mark) they get rather rude telling us our food will get to us when it does. And this is consistent over the course of maybe 3 or 4 visits over the past year and a half.

Very poor service. We waited nearly an hour before we finally got our food and the seating is NOT comfortable. Our server was not friendly and I could see him standing around talking with people or watching the game on TV. The food was good, once we finally got it. There are no options for those with dietary restrictions. I would not recommend this place. Not worth the wait or the money.

First time coming here after camping in the area for 20 some years, and going to be our last time we waited 50 mins for 2 hamburgers and it wasn't even busy, also the lady bar tending kept coughing into her hands all along while making drinks not once cleaning her hands
