Stayed this weekend and had a great time. The property is beautiful! We loved that we could book a room with bunk beds for the kids. Dinner at the restaurant was great as well. Decor is cozy in the best way. Everything we could want for a weekend in ADK
We recently had a large wedding at this resort and booked every room for our family and friends. The only guests were wedding guests.
The manager obviously did not want to deal with a wedding of this size. No housekeeping, no direction as to where to get fresh towels or anything. If that’s the policy that’s fine; but telling your guests upon check in or even having someone around to ask would have been appreciated. The most awful meal we've had. Along with terrible beer choices. Had nothing we asked for, no miller lite, no type of guiness. Settled for a dirty martini that came out pure olive juice! We ordered shrimp scampi, it had exactly 4 pieces of shrimp, no flavor with just cut up tomatoes and carrots. Fish tacos with stale floppy shells and one little tiny fish nugget in each shell.
