My fiancé and I went to the Mill on Sunday expecting to have a quick dinner date but when we arrived the waitress apologized and told us she was the only server and only 1 cook was in the back. Atmosphere is great love old forge and love the adirondack area espically with fall foliage. Nice rustic interior but not rustic like run down rustic as in outdoorman theme with nice wood finish and animal mounts. Food was ok. Wouldn't necessaily say it stood out as amazing or aweful just ok. And service was slow for seating but decent to get the food. The food was great. We started off with the pretzel. The beef on weck was really good. They used non traditional kimmelweck roll but the bread was really good. My partner got the protein bowl with shrimp and it was really well made, shrimp were cooked right.
The staff was busy but they were still attentive overall we had a great visit.
