Don't let exterior appearances deter you. Friendly lady at the front, quick service and an excellent sub. Nice and big. I was super hungry and it really hit the spot. Got a large chicken salad sub on Italian with extra meat. Had some nice heft to it.

The only reason I can't rate the atmosphere is I didn't eat there. I recently had an event that I had catered (take-out) by 31 Express. The owner's customer service on the phone was great and her prices were the best I found after talking to several other local caterers. The cheaper price definitely did not equate to lower quality. I ordered a pan of chicken riggies, a pan of pulled pork, and a pan of tossed salad. All three dishes were excellent! The riggies were some of the best I've had, with a nice level of spice that was good for all palates at our event. I have a similar review of the pork; their sauce was very tasty! The salad was also very nice, presented beautifully with lots of cucumbers and tomatoes and darn near a full dozen hard-boiled eggs used and the dressings we got on the side were excellent. Never had one hitch in the whole process, despite somewhat short notice on the order. I recommend 31 Express Deli 100% for your event, and if their mass-made dishes were that good, I can only imagine their in-store orders are fantastic.

I just ordered a sub from DoorDash from this place & let me tell you no complaints, I got a Italian herb and cheese sub roll with turkey as a meat and let me tell you omg it was so good, the bread was so fresh and everything about it was so good, definitely gonna have to come in and order more
Aside from the staff being friendly and welcoming the meats and breads for the sandwiches are delicious. There are a variety of drinks, soups, salads, snacks, and even some novelty items. You can tell these people put their heart and soul into what they do. Definitely stop in and see for yourself if you haven't.
