Drive thru is backed up waited 5 minutes so I went inside. There was noone inside. I waited 15 minutes and Noone even acknowledged me standing there. When I said something the manger was extremely rude. I said what is the point of having the dining room open if you can't acknowledge customers that come in. I ended up walking out along with the 6 people behind me.

ordered a regular bacon king meal, got home and it had 3 onion rings it. when we went back through the usual old lady that's in window that’s sadly a “manager”shoved a burger in our face and refused to listen to that part, as well as refusing a refund and giving attitude, i said i worked in fast food and mistakes like that can’t be cast aside like that and she got pissed at that blaming it being a car behind us when we had been the only car there and the lobby was locked. Most unprofessional interaction possible from a place we normally have no issues at.
