ordered a regular bacon king meal, got home and it had 3 onion rings it. when we went back through the usual old lady that's in window that’s sadly a “manager”shoved a burger in our face and refused to listen to that part, as well as refusing a refund and giving attitude, i said i worked in fast food and mistakes like that can’t be cast aside like that and she got pissed at that blaming it being a car behind us when we had been the only car there and the lobby was locked. Most unprofessional interaction possible from a place we normally have no issues at.

I can literally cook a burger in the parking lot faster than they can even acknowledge that I am at the drive-thru. The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible I have no idea what they're doing inside.

This is one of my preferred locations to go. Their service is better and the food has been better than other locations. I like getting burgers, I also prefer BK fries and for breakfast, I really enjoy the egg-normous burrito with all ham.
Atmosphere is better than McDonald's. Food is good, sometimes they do mess up but they always fix that. Service depends on how busy they are.

Workers didn't have gloves or hair nets. My daughter had a hair in her burger, manager was rude and didn't even want to give us our full order because she'd already marked it off on the board . 10/10 do NOT recommend
