Placed an order online. Waited in the drive through for twenty minutes despite low lobby traffic and only one car ahead of me in line. My biggest complaint is that I waited for food that was god awful. The chicken fries are old and dark in color (waited for food to be made, but got old food?). The French fries were confusing. I can't tell if these are raw or oil soden, but I can tell that I won't be eating them and it'll be a while before I eat anything from here again.

Ashley Emmons is a bully, I witnessed her being down right mean to a lady picking up an online order. Wow! She’s WAY too comfortable in her job being that toxic to customers. Should be fired immediately, not the first time I’ve witnessed this behavior from her, that whole older staff since covid treats their customers like garbage and just don’t care.

Their broiler was down, not their fault. Things happen. But I did think the girl at the counter was joking at first when she casually mentioned, "Just so you know, we don't have burgers". She wasn't! I couldn't get a burger at Burger King!
