Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve tried a bunch of Mexican places around here and this one is easily a favorite. The enchiladas were amazing, the birria tacos were just as delicious, and the portions are very generous. Staff was super friendly, and you get chips and salsa at the table which is always a win. We’ll definitely be back!

Hubby is always on the hunt for a legitimate Mexican restaurant, after living in Mexico for 6 months, he knows what he’s looking for and Tex-Mex won’t cut it. While traveling on the NYS Thruway we found Cinco de Mayo II on the Waze map and gave it a shot. It was outstanding food, and hubby was impressed! I had a Chili Relleno as an app, then a chicken Torta. It was cooked through but not dried out, I wished I had selected something more exciting for my mouth though. Hubby got the Taco de Carnitas and was very pleases to see corn tortillas as an option. Finally he found authentic flavors and presentation of real Mexican food in NY! We half joked on our way home from our trip, about stopping back at Cinco de Mayo again, but it would have been quite a bit of a detour on that leg of the trip. We will go back again though, any time we’re traveling the Thruway in that area!
The only negative was when we were trying to get our check and pay it, the young man at the counter was more interested in his phone conversation, than in checking us out. That was the only disappointment we had at this restaurant.

Ok. So it looks like an old KFC. BUT, the food was superb. The menu is extensive and prices very reasonable. If not for the basic decor (not gonna impress your first date) I would give it 5 stars

Tried twice as wanted to give it another try...benefit of doubt sort of thing...is an old KFC building with low cost decor and unsightly areas in need of repair and deep cleaning...food typical, small portions on side dishes of rice and beans...but $3.80. Chips and salsa tasty but this time salsa was pureed and watery unlike first visit chunky Large menu and alcohol offered Husband uses a walker and couldn't stand up without assistance as floor were slick with a greasy covering...think no more for me

We ordered take out and it wasn't very good. The chicken was so salty, We couldn't even eat it. We ended up throwing out our food.

I very much like the food here as I have ate here many times. However- This is not the most clean place to dine in at. Bathroom smells like it has not been cleaned in weeks. No soap in bathroom. When I asked for soap everyone looked confused and offered no help at all. Will not be going back
Ate in a party of 4 and charged us an 18% gratuity for party of 5+. Also actual prices of food not accurate on menu, burrito said $12 but was actually 17. Just many signs of fraudulent behavior. Tables were also way too small for the plates sizes they had. Food was nice but whole experience ruined at the end.
