This is not the dennys of old, last time i was there it was very bad. Restaurant was dirty, food was bad,parking lot was falling apart. Not worth the visit. Very disappointing.

Today I went to this Denny's. It provided the way I thought it would, except for ONE FLAW.. So, I order the Make your Own Grand Slam with 2 Eggs (Ordered them over easy) 2 Bacon Strips, Toast, and Pancakes. It came pretty quick, 8 minutes, not bad. The eggs were suspicious. I checked them and, what do ya know? It's not cooked right. It's not cooked AT ALL. So, I get it remade of course. They remake it, but with extra surprise. The surprise? It was greater than if my mom cooked it. My waiter was so good with service and understanding. So, I just wanna say, thank you, Denny's Staff. :D

Very dreary downtrodden feel. Took about 7 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter. She was friendly and the coffee was good. Show me a bad restaurant I will show you bad management.

I got a grilled turkey sandwhich. It was pretty dry and super hard. There was an order for pancakes, the bottoms were burnt and so were the hash browns that were flavorless, mac and cheese was a side, im not sure where the macaroni was but it was cheesy. Onion rings were delicious. Nachos, the meat liquid, not sure what that concoction was but it looked like taco bells meat but watered down, maybe extra grease? Very soggy. Eggs were good. Won't be going again, that was the first time in many years and I regretted the over $60 spent for sure. The seats were ripped, table dirty, everything dreary and dated besides the claw machines. Waitress was very kind.

The service was ok, the chefs in the back were yelling and crying. We got 2 sm items and it took 30min. And the place looked dirty, I couldn't even finish my food and I was about to throw up. And my stomach still hurts.

My family and I went to Oneida Dennys 8/15/25. We were greeted right away, sat and got our drinks fairly quickly. Our server Rhonda was an amazing server. She was attentive and polite and get our food order in asap. The food was alright could have been cooked a little longer but it was pretty busy. She asked us if we needed anything more and how our food was. We need more servers like Rhonda! She was exceptional, kept us in mind and was ontop of everything we needed very good.

New manager has got her stuff together! Finally service is fantastic, everything feels like it’s going in the right direction as of a few days ago. New staff is coming in and getting rid of the bad ones!! Great job!! It’s nice to see change!

Their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, my food was cold and my server was rude. I asked to speak to a manager and when speaking to her she was also rude.
Visited Dennys not long ago, you can tell their head manager did NOT know what she was doing. Very rude to her employees, could tell she did not want to be there. Food was absolutely disgusting and had a big hair in it. No remorse from the manager. Ended up paying almost 50 dollars for a meal I didn’t even eat with my family. Overall 1/10 for this place . Some major adjustments needed. Also heard one of the employees talk about the recent health inspection they had an how they failed horribly. 🤢

The server Joanne was the best part of my visit she's a delight,but the food was way below par,my chicken was raw and mu coffee was cold,strong,and had coffee grounds in it,my son got chicken tenders which were also raw,do they check their food? That's a major safety precaution and the health department was called,due to the cleanliness of the store I will no longer be returning to the oneida dennys go to another franchise to eat

I went to the Oneida Denny's today they seen that I was in a wheelchair and the server sighed and passed the menus onto someone else,I wait for my soda which was the best part of the whole visit,I may be older but I know proper etiquette and they are lacking it,my food was cold and I'm not sure why they weren't even that busy,wish it was better I did like this place a few months ago

Ever since Rome dennys closed and thier management moved to oneida the whole entire store has went downhill,Rome brought cockroaches and mass amount of dirtiness,they failed the last health inspection for multiple reasons such as cross contaminated food with mislabeled chemicals and dirty towels sitting on clean plates,nobody wears gloves,this place is not very clean I would not recommend feeding my dog the uncooked and falsely prepared food,the manager is very rude and incompetent,don't dare complain because they will be little you and make you feel like it's your fault they cant cook decent food
