Handed a written note with a coffee order to a female employee, and somehow, she made the coffee wrong and did not follow the written order. Additionally, I was blamed for the mistake.

Sat at the drive-thru for 15 minutes. Coffee was burnt. When we got to the window, you could hear the employees goofing around. Lied & said they’re “short staffed..” two of the female employees always rips card, or cash out of your hand, & has an attitude. One of the employees was sitting doing absolutely nothing. Service is downright trash. Don’t recommend.

Poorly organized. Understaffed, which added a long wait time, then waited 35 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. People coming in after us were served food before us. Our sandwich was cold because they didnt put it on the counter and put it on the window rack. Very disappointed

This is one of the worst serviced Dunkin’ Donuts. Today I got through the always overpacked drive through at about 2:50pm for them to say sorry we are closed right now? I have had countless frustrating experiences with this location! It is extremely unorganized. They are always out of something. One day they didn’t have donuts, munchkins, or muffins, or wraps for the wake up wraps! More than once I have had to ask so what do you have? The Oneida location absolutely blows!!!!

I ordered on the app while in line. When I got to the window, they had just my drinks. I told them I'd ordered food as well, and they'd apparently misplaced my ticket. 25 mins later I finally received my food, (it was prepared ok). When I got home, however, I realized they never gave me my donuts either. Not happy with my experience at Oneida Dunkin

The food here, and I mean doughnuts, have gone down hill. The doughnuts are smaller and definitely don't taste as good as they used to. I think they don't make them fresh anymore. That's how I think they taste, day old... or maybe frozen thawed. Everything else is the same. This Dunkin' is super busy though, drive through is always busy and a lot of time out to the street and onto it. Still good enough to still go, just not as often.
Their food is always cold they take forever one time it took them over 15 minutes to get me my drink my wife got hers right away I had to leave without my drink so my wife wouldn't be late when I got a hold of corporate they said that they would pass it on to the store and the store never got a hold of me I got back ahold of corporate and they're ignoring me very poor customer service all they care about is their money

I ordered this morning at 4:03 as they open at 4am and generally get busy between 5 and 6am. I work in Healthcare, and wanted to get in and out quickly. Today that was NOT the case. I went for my order. And ended up sitting at the spot to "order" for 20 minutes before someone EVEN AKNOWLEDGED I was there. Then they tried saying they weren't open, when clearly the sign says they opened at 4am and at this point it is 4:20am. The lady told me she didnt have a drawer, I told her I had a mobile order. To which she replied she could do. I pulled around and she made and handed out my coffee, and said have a good day. I then had to tell her that I had food on my order as well. How did you see my coffee order but not the food order?? She then says. Oh, well you're going to have to pull ahead and it's going to be a little bit. As if I had not just waited 20+ minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable for "fast food". I came on my break from work. Luckily my coworkers were flexible with me and the slow service. If a facility is supposed to be open and running at 4am the customer should expect service at 4am.

After ordering my large coffee ahead of time via the app I sat in the pick up line for 35 mins waiting to receive my order. Then I finally received my large coffee and it wasn’t even made correctly. This always happens at this location. Never again.
