I am fed up with this particular Dunkin! Only because EVERY SINGLE TIME I pull up to the drive thru they say please wait!! š”š” There are NO OTHER vehicles in the drive thru! I am NOW driving away if they say please wait. They need to get their act together. Or get more staff that knows what their doing..Or they are going to lose a lot of business!!š”š” Oh btw I go there at 5:30 a.m.

DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely slow service, the staff will completely ignore you whether yours in line waiting to place an order or standing there waiting for an online order. I just stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for a medium iced coffee that I placed online and was never even acknowledged that I was standing there. Never even got my coffee. Absolutely unbelievable.

I pulled in to order at the drive thru and saw a worker outback having a cigarette. I made my order and drove up to the window waited almost 5 mins then finally saw the worker that was outside come in and she still hasnāt made my order. I ended up just driving off not waiting any longer for my drink.

Handed a written note with a coffee order to a female employee, and somehow, she made the coffee wrong and did not follow the written order. Additionally, I was blamed for the mistake.

Sat at the drive-thru for 15 minutes. Coffee was burnt. When we got to the window, you could hear the employees goofing around. Lied & said theyāre āshort staffed..ā two of the female employees always rips card, or cash out of your hand, & has an attitude. One of the employees was sitting doing absolutely nothing. Service is downright trash. Donāt recommend.

Poorly organized. Understaffed, which added a long wait time, then waited 35 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. People coming in after us were served food before us. Our sandwich was cold because they didnt put it on the counter and put it on the window rack. Very disappointed

This is one of the worst serviced Dunkinā Donuts. Today I got through the always overpacked drive through at about 2:50pm for them to say sorry we are closed right now? I have had countless frustrating experiences with this location! It is extremely unorganized. They are always out of something. One day they didnāt have donuts, munchkins, or muffins, or wraps for the wake up wraps! More than once I have had to ask so what do you have? The Oneida location absolutely blows!!!!
