Customer service genuinely sucks here 😠Today at around 3:45 whoever was working the drive through was so rude. Like it was unnecessary. Girlie if you see this, I hope you become a happier person because it must be sad to be so miserable all the time. If I’ve learned anything from this experience, my advice is just take the couple extra miles and go to the Dunkin in Vernon.

I went inside to get 3 basic medium hot coffees as the drive thru line was out to route 5. There were 5 people working. Nobody acknowledged me at the counter so I could place my order, so I had to use the kiosk. The employees were all focused on drive thru / door dash orders. One employee kept coughing while preparing all the beverages. She should have excused herself from service or put a mask on. Service lacks in the establishment.

I ordered hot chocolate for the first time in forever because dunkin used to be so chocolaty and delicious, boy was I and my kids disappointed after a day of trunk or treating in the cold and rain. It was basically water. Hot water at that. It was gross and I'm disappointed I wasted money I didnt have to treat everyone and it failed.

I would give it a ZERO if I could. I picked up a mobile order of my daughters. Missing a sandwich. Before leaving window, I asked if I had everything, they said yes. I drove 15 minutes back, asked for 3 donuts for my time & gas, said I could have donuts or sandwich! Never be back again.

Very simple 1 medium 1small CARMEL FLAVOR FROZEN COFFEE WITH WHIP CREAM AND CARMEL DRIZZLE....they delivered frozen coffee NO CARMEL!!!!...TRUST ME won't stop there.
Everytime I order a croissant they give me a bagel. I honestly don’t think they know the difference! Not to mention the bagel was burnt…they use to be a really good Dunkin now the employees just lean over the counter and watch

I am fed up with this particular Dunkin! Only because EVERY SINGLE TIME I pull up to the drive thru they say please wait!! 😡😡 There are NO OTHER vehicles in the drive thru! I am NOW driving away if they say please wait. They need to get their act together. Or get more staff that knows what their doing..Or they are going to lose a lot of business!!😡😡 Oh btw I go there at 5:30 a.m.

Ordered ahead 15 minutes, coffee still not ready…Line out to road…20 customers inside, one said she had been waiting 20 minutes and left..i left…employees inside laughing just taking sweet time…I left, maybe ill swing back in 4 hours see if i can pick up my coffee.

DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely slow service, the staff will completely ignore you whether yours in line waiting to place an order or standing there waiting for an online order. I just stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for a medium iced coffee that I placed online and was never even acknowledged that I was standing there. Never even got my coffee. Absolutely unbelievable.

Does this say 2 cream 2 sugar and shot of espresso!? I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it’s a 50-50 chance they get your order wrong. DO BETTER.
