They have great ingredients but when I order a veggie sub, there are no veggies… I would expect more for being $16. Did not fill me at all. I could have went next door Price Chopper and paid $3 for a roll and cheese if I wanted just bread.

The wait time is absolutely absurd. What's the point of ordering online and then getting a time to come in and pickup your food if you still need to stand there for 30 minutes waiting for it? This has happened multiple times..
Update: It's been an hour and 5 minutes since they said my sandwich would be ready and they are JUST NOW starting to make it. They might have good food, but I will NEVER order on the app again. I've watched numerous walk ins get their subs made and leave before they even started mine. Absolutely ridiculous

I’m not normally a sub person but something about these subs man, they’re so good. The service here is always good, but just beware, lunch rushes can set you back some time. It’s never a bad idea to order ahead through the app to cut down on wait time.

Ordered a hot sub first. 6 employees were standing around. 15 minutes later I have to ask them if the sub that came off the grill is mine. Response - oh sorry shift change we’ll start it now. 25 minutes from walking in to leaving for 2 subs. Didn’t get the double chicken either.

Went to Oneida store and was totally disappointed with amount of meat and lettuce and such on subs, asked why skimpy and was told that is what manager wants done. This place needs to learn how new Hartford makes the subs!! Will not buy at Oneida for there skimpy portions again.

The TL;DR on this review is: the Jersey Mike's in Oneida, NY is fantastic!! One important note: this review isn't based on one or two visits. I've been to this location several times a month, since they've opened. Now the details. I had a horrifying experience (last year) at the Jersey Mike's in New Hartford, NY. So...when this location, in Oneida, opened a couple of months ago, I was skeptical. After a couple of weeks, I decided to be brave and give it a try. I'm so glad that I did! Let's start with the quality of the food. What sets Jersey Mike's apart from other Sub-par sub shops is that the food is *actually* fresh (not just a saying.) All of the cold cuts are sliced as they make your sandwich. The veggies are always fresh. And, for the hot subs, they actually cook the meat right then (not precooked meat thrown in a microwave...like they do at Subway. There. I said it.) So, the food is consistently great. The service is always wonderful. The staff is helpful, attentive, and truly friendly. I always credit management for this. When the people at the top train staff well...and foster a spirit of positive customer service...you get staff that acts like a team. Every time I've been there, the staff have been outstanding. The restaurant itself is always clean and the food prep areas spotless. Summary: if you like fresh, delicious subs...served by good people...try Jersey Mike's in Oneida.

Customer service was phenomenal! They were super busy when I went in, I had to wait a little which was absolutely no problem with me at all but they gave me a free drink and a coupon for my wait! They were all so sweet despite being packed. Awesome people & awesome subs! They did great!
