Pizza is always fresh and hot. Service is great. The only complaint I have with this particular place is the floor could be a lot cleaner.

Picked up 10 pizzas. Pre-ordered and we're ready when we got there. Everything looked great and the cashier was excellent and had a sense of humor. Five stars all the way.

I love the deep dish pizza it’s amazing at least to my taste everyone is different though. Always good service sometimes they may be grumpy but it’s hot in the store so I can see why sometimes. Atmosphere is alright not much to do while you wait there is a little pinball machine though so I guess it’s not all bad if you have change and at least the menu cycles giving something to stare at while you wait typically you get your food before 15 minutes which is acceptable to my standards least I know it’s fresh and I won’t be sick.

This location went downhill. More often than not my pizza is old/overcooked. Will no longer be a customer here
Not the best pizza but a good price. Update: I don't go here anymore and wouldn't recommend it after knowing they had cockroaches. Knowing it was that dirty because no one cleans. Knowing that a worker doesn't even clean his own apartment (a very dirty apartment by what his aunt says). Just don't sit right with me.

Spent almost $60. On a pizza order. Call the store and told them that I didn't get the Italian cheesey bread. I was told that if I didn't have proof that I didn't get that there is nothing they can do for us. No refunds, no nothing. He had the order pulled up in front of him,and still said nothing he will do about it. Pretty sad they are like this. Just lost a customer

Massive shout out to those kids working on 4/29/25 in Onieda Ny!! You guys rock. That poor place felt like a freaking sauna easy 100 degrees and you were still doing it! Much respect. As a restaurant owner I can say your manager/owner should 1. be proud of you 2. fix that dang AC!! Working condition was horrible. They did it and had no bad attitude...excellent!
