I was very happy with my food. I'm not sure when they started using waffle fries but they were excellent.

When every table is dirty you truly Wonder what is going on. One table had someone sitting at it. One! I saw a lot of people chatting in the back in the food prep area. They're talking about things that have nothing to do with work or the food they're preparing. Sad, truly sad. No pride in the work product. Truly felt like I was an inconvenience coming in to buy something.

I drove 45 minutes just to get there the service was quick professional and worth every bite of both Long John Silver and Taco Bell Delights.

Dined in, waited over 25 + minutes for basic order.(We ended up with someone else's order. They said it went to drive thru by accident. Tables were very sticky, garbage cans were over flowing with garbage and floors dirty. Last time here.

Super disappointing experience. The staff was really nice, but they were out of fries, it took a long time for them to process my refund (I'm guessing the manager that was working was on break because I had to wait for a new manager to arrive), and the food quality... 🫣

The fish dinner had to be remade because the fish was cold. The slaw looked like a side salad with some dressing sitting on top, and the chicken was hard and chewy.

I have never had a bad visit to this Taco Bell until today. Cantina Chicken Burrito was missing the avocado sauce packet. Crunchwrap Supreme was falling apart and the mango refresher was watered down.

The young lady at the drive thru Sophie is very friendly and speedy! She does a great job. The food at this location is always great. Oneida taco bell is the best
