These guys genuinely crush it on the breakfast crew. Anytime I’ve ever stopped on my way to work, it literally takes no more than two minutes from start to finish to go through the DT. Y’all are the real heroes out here lol

I called asking to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke to said her name was Jamie when I asked. I explained that I had just come through the drive thru and half of my order was missing and I wanted a refund. I told her I was not given a receipt. I paid exact change $20.06 I believe it was. She immediately had an attitude asking me to bring the food back. I drove all the way home, I told her I am not bringing everything back. I had two kids that got whatever was actually in the bag. Which was sauces for the burritos, syrup for the pancakes, silverware (no napkins)… pancakes and 1 sandwich. I wouldn’t usually ask for a refund but because this isn’t the first time I didn’t want to bother with the rest of the order. I guess I am more concerned with the fact that Jamie kept cutting me off on the phone, had an attitude, got loud with me… and then proceeded to tell me the whole conversation was had in front of the Assistant. lol what a world we live in where arguing with customers IN FRONT of the ASM is a thing now. I was a GM for McDonald’s and Burger King… I NEVER allowed that. Whatever is going on in Jamie’s life… I truly hope she can separate it from the job she was hired to do. Because it won’t be good in the long run for her. Especially working for MacClark.

The reason for this 5 start review has several key factors in it. For starters after an abysmal experience at wendys. In which I had to wait 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I went to McDonald's as a test. I pulled up ordered, paid, and received my sandwich. Which was hot, and tasty I might add. In three minutes. A difference of 22 minutes. And that is a managerial accomplishment. It makes the difference. Every time I visit this McDonald's the lobby is cleaned. Bathrooms are decent. The managers are managing. And the workers are killing it. I've never had an issue here. Very friendly. Very productive. This is the only fast food restaurant I'm going to recommend. 5 stars. All day long.

The inside is so boring and sad, just booths and tables, no color it's so drabby. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Service was okay. And food is always a toss if it's good or bad

Typical mcdonalds. Fries thrown in the fryer again because they left it sitting too long under the heat lamp. Burgers served that were held way past the hold time. In their defense, I didn't ask for no onion on my burgers, I also didn't ask for half an onion on each burger either. Also this one clearly doesn't train every kitchen member the same. Does a quarter pounder come with mustard or does it not? I had one last week that did, this week it doesn't. Judging by the other reviews the only thing this location is consistent with is handing out poor quality food.

so i just ordered 2 cups of water with ice, a shamrock shake, and a mcflurry. First of all, the mcflurry was okay, same with the shamrock shake. the waters with not melted ice were fine.. but as soon as we got home the ice melted and one water tasted like moldy cheese, the other one tasted like pennies and blood. WHAT IS WRONG WITH UR ICE 😭 (btw im only 14 this review is not FANCY AND PERFECT)
