Typical mcdonalds. Fries thrown in the fryer again because they left it sitting too long under the heat lamp. Burgers served that were held way past the hold time. In their defense, I didn't ask for no onion on my burgers, I also didn't ask for half an onion on each burger either. Also this one clearly doesn't train every kitchen member the same. Does a quarter pounder come with mustard or does it not? I had one last week that did, this week it doesn't. Judging by the other reviews the only thing this location is consistent with is handing out poor quality food.

so i just ordered 2 cups of water with ice, a shamrock shake, and a mcflurry. First of all, the mcflurry was okay, same with the shamrock shake. the waters with not melted ice were fine.. but as soon as we got home the ice melted and one water tasted like moldy cheese, the other one tasted like pennies and blood. WHAT IS WRONG WITH UR ICE 😠(btw im only 14 this review is not FANCY AND PERFECT)

How many people does it take to get a order right? Just spent $27 for cold nasty food, couldn't get my order right 3 times and still when I got home I look in the bag they still messed it up. The girl at the window acted like I was the problem like it was a inconvenience for her to fix my order. I wasn't rude to her at all and all she kept saying to me is I didn't take your order. Ok cool you didn't take my order but who ever did messed it up so I would appreciate someone fixing it instead of acting like it's a problem or too much for you. Usually I never have a problem and if I do they fix it right away but who ever they have working tonight shouldn't be working in food service ever.

After having too many bad experiences I refuse to eat from McDonald’s anymore Especially working in a restaurant I’m appalled by what I’ve seen and experienced at my local McDonald’s. From workers on their phones in clear view of customers while making them wait 20 minutes for food while being the only one in drive thru, to moldy chunks in hot chocolate, and taking food back to be remade to just give the same food back not corrected/just tried to scrape the mountain of ketchup off the bun. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to managers need to step up or new management needs to be found employees do what they want and the customer service is terrible coming from someone who works in customer service and would never get away with what their employees are!🤮

I ordered 2 cheese burgers and 1 McChicken no mayo no lettuce add Mac sauce my burgers looked like they were flattened like a pancake and my McChicken had a big glob of mayo on it. On top of that I asked for everything to be fresh and again when I got to the window and they said everything was fresh but when I went to grab my food out of the bag the fries were soggy and the burgers were barely warm. Come on Oneida McDonald's you used to be way better than this. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would 😡😡😡😡😤

I asked for fresh fish no cheese. Come with no cheese. But fish was cold, so fish was not fresh. This happens in Oneida McDonald's all the time.

After ordering and sitting down to wait for the food, which took around 15 minutes, they forgot the straws for the drinks. Getting up to the counter for the straws, the one staff member seemed a bit annoyed that I asked for one. My burger was only 40% on the bun, which normally wouldn't have been an issue if both sides weren't covered by cheese. The fries were also cold, not the cold that comes from being in the holding area but the kind in which they had been left on the tray for minutes before being delivered.
