I called to ask a question, they answered almost instantly but didn’t say hello or anything just set the phone down. I figured they were really busy so I waited well 11 minutes went by so I hung up. I waited a few minutes to call back and when I did the phone was sit down. I’ve never waited that long to even get a hello.

Best lasagna around and the chicken riggies is top notch!
I've ordered from Sinatra's more than a few times between both locations.Their food is consistent in quality and taste and always good, as is their customer service.The pizza is lighter on the sauce and has a bit of a sweeter taste. I have a few friends who don't care much for the sauce, but that's personal preference of course. I really enjoy it. The sauce is also smooth.The dough itself is so good.Calzones are a must. They are ginormous and I easily get three meals out of one.Their everything sauce on their wings is my new favorite. I also love that you can ask for all flats or all drums. (For a small fee, but that fee is worth it so my husband and I don't fight over the flats ?)Overall Sinatra's is a great local business, with great food, great service, and they do a lot to give back to the community.

Chicken riggies are absolutely awesome,pizzas are very delicious as well.Still trying Sinatra's entire menu. I'm stuck on there Chicken Riggies for now "There so good".
Some of the BEST pizza in the oneida area. Honestly. There has been no good pizza here in at least 10 years and finally there is again! All of the food that we have tried so far have been amazing the subs! The pasta ! Great bang for your buck as well and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly!!!

Don't judge this place by the revolving door of pizzarias that have been in and out of this location. We had the chicken riggies, baked ziti, and garlic bread and they were all amazing. Happy to have a new takeout option in Oneida with great food. Can't wait to have the pizza and wings this weekend!

We wanted to give this place a try and I really hoped it would be good. But it was NOT - I DO NOT Recommend this place to ANYONE. I called and nicely voiced my complaints they did offer to make another salad because my first was completely wilted, brown -The lady stated on the other side of the phone that they should be checked daily and must have just grabbed the wrong stuff. ( honestly I have no idea what that means - but gross-sorry - it should be made fresh). I also ordered a large pizza - and I quote from one of the kids I've had better gas station pizza- I can't actually review this as I was so off put by the salad I didn't try it. Lastly we ordered 20 medium garlic wings. They but put 10 garlic in one box and 10 medium in another- not huge deal but seriously Just Disappointed.

I hate leaving mediocre reviews but when pizza & wings cost $50 now because of crazy inflation I do want amazing food. I will say over the phone the woman who took my order was awesome! You know when you call a place on a busy night (new years Eve) sometimes the business answers like they are already annoyed with you, she wasn’t like that. The delivery took awhile but it was NYE so that’s expected but the issue was the food wasn’t hot. It wasn’t cold but it was lukewarm & when you order pizza you want that melted cheese & we didn’t have that. The wings were again barely warm but very good size & tasted good. Unfortunately they forgot the blue cheese so that was a bummer. Idk if I was charged for the blue cheese, I wasn’t about to call & complain on such a crazy busy night.So conclusion:The pizza tasted good & the kids liked so technically that’s all that matters lol. I’ll definitely try them again on a normal weekend. Bonus points they do deliver to Durhamville & if you live over here you know it’s a huge obstacle to get deliveries out here (bc I swear no one knows where it is).So thank you for delivering to us & I hope you make it in that cursed location bc we need you lol.
