I have been there several times. The food is always good the service is sometimes slow. But i was just there today and the service was really slow so i sat down on a chair. I looked on the wall and there was a bug on it and with closer and inspection there was a cockroach. I should have taken a picture, but I had to be back at work soon so I just went somewhere else to get lunch. Please get the roaches taken care of.

I walked in to pickup a mobile order placed for 15mins and it wasn’t done. Having never ordered here before, the employee said “since you order all of the time and you take a while to get in, we haven’t made it yet” which was a plain lie. Then other customers proceeded to come in, he walked away and said “I’m not doing this” and said he had to get the other employee smoking. This was a terrible experience. Not to mention, the app said my order was we complete!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Said I wanted a number 15, just like on the board. Then I had to read the board to them. Then they put the mayo on top of the sub instead of on the bread?
Why can't anyone in this town make good food? Literally nowhere. For $14 god damn dollars for 1 sub, this is what you get?

I went today to get lunch. I ordered a steak sub as I have done several times in the past. I got in the car and realized there was approximately two tablespoons of steak on the sub, like literally none, some lettuce and onions. For that price for a sub with basically no meat on it I will find someplace else for lunch.
Normally don’t do this but I did show up around 9:40 they close at 10 and it’s a Saturday and they only reason I was going so late was due to working all day and having a dance recital to go to once I got home. Under normal circumstances I’d never go to a place that close to closing as I walked in was told we are closed. You would think this place would want the business considering a Jersey mikes just opened up near them and are probably feeling the lose of business

The order was placed through the app at 6:33 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant around 7:15 PM I was advised they had not received the order. I showed the cashier the confirmation email that I received and the confirmation of the order on the app as well. She proceeded to go back through the computer. Apologized and said they were really busy, but was unable to locate any order ticket. I was advised they were unable to fulfill the order until they received the printed ticket to guarantee payment, if They made the food and released it to me without the ticket that they would lose their jobs. She proceeded to call the owner of the store who advised that they cannot release the order until they had the printed ticket and if I wanted to, I could re-order repay and then try to get my money back from my credit card company. The owner claimed the order didn't go through due to my payment not working. The cashier explained to the owner that I had proof that the order was placed to the right store, order was confirmed, and the order had been paid for however the owner was refusing to either honor the order placed and paid for already or to issue a refund. After an 30 minutes of back and forth, they found the order in the system and could now make the subs. Never going there again.

Meatballs were suppose to be doubled ,had red onions ,provolone, had eight meatballs .we reported it to manager she was very rude and didn't understand, then continued to call back enough wr will not go back there agian 3rd time we had problems.

Was waited on by an older woman, my guess is the owners wife, based on previous visits. She rushed me through my order, was demanding my veggies before she even got the meat on my sandwich.She forced me down the line to the cash register before cheese went on the sandwich.She screwed up and put the wrong veggies on because she was in a rush. Despite me being the only customer in the store.Terrible experience this time.I will be back, but she will never make another sandwich for me. Ever.P. S. Stefanie is a wonderful employee as always. None of this falls on to her.

There is only one girl here making 20*++++ orders for 5 hours!!!! This company needs to give her a raise and the owner needs to do better. Three people on shift two full one pt and maybe there would be coverage!! Smh do better. She was awesome. Should never be alone smh give her a raise!!!!!
