3 tacos and a tiny tray of chips with cheese, $ 14.95!!!!! Keep it, the food is cheap tasting, the taco has no meat, the cheese tastes like glue. I'll make it myself, it's better.

Three different occasions now I have gone to the Oneida Taco Bell to get a cheese quesadilla for my daughter. The first time there was shredded cheese in the quesadilla but was never heated/melted. I could not go back as we were now miles away. The second I ordered and sent to my daughter as I was working and my husband was not feeling well. This time they put chicken in it. I have submitted pictures of order and what I got. Despite not wanting to go back, my daughter asked so we went in to pick up a cheese quesadilla. Before leaving we opened up the quesadilla to find a flour quesadilla, no cheese, no nothing. I’m done with ordering from a place that can’t get an order right in a consistent basis.

Went to get my kids food after a doctors visit, ordered a quesadilla, and it was almost completely cold when received, the cheese on it wasn't even remotely melted. Taco that we asked for no lettuce had lettuce as well.
Typical fast food OK but if you are hungry and want fast service.

You guys need to redo the entrance/exit. Whoever designed that entrance had no clue what they were doing. Customers who drive larger vehicles can’t see the ridiculous concrete barriers (especially at night) and it’s busting up people’s vehicles. You can barely fit a pickup truck through there. I feel bad for the company that plows snow there since that curb design is a hazard even for the most experienced drivers. Not to mention it looks bad and is an eye sore for the city of Oneida.

Not a good experience, fish was not as hot as should be. Fries were not edible some were so hard you could not bite them I was there 3 days prior and the fish was hot and fresh the fries were,also fresh..Sad because I was so impressed I brought some there and very disappointed.
