I have never seen such horrible customer service. Employees are absolutely worthless, they just stand around and wait for the next one to do the task at hand. Tonight was my last meal I will be purchasing from them until the owner steps in, fires his entire staff (yes, including that miserable lady they “call” a manager) and hires new competent help. Thus place is going downhill
My husband & I have been going to Bill Gray's for about 7 years & have always enjoyed our meals there, so we took another (out of town) couple to Bill Grays (in Ontario, Ny).
When we walked in the manager barked @ my husband to wear his mask properly. He was wearing his mask, only over his mouth, due to the fact that he has asthma & cannot breathe properly with a mask on. She did not even give him a chance to explain his medical condition....she yelled @ him AGAIN to wear...read full review
