Unfortunately my visit this time was poor. The fish was overcooked or old, but tough and dry. The mac salad was bitter. Disappointed for sure.
The best customer experience I’ve had in a long time.
Check your order before you leave they always leave something out. Was a great place to eat now not so much
Been there a few times. Food is good just don't order a blt it literally slows them down. It took them almost over 20 mins to make mine. The ladies who were in line before me finished their food while I waited. The bathroom is awful. Other than that it's all good.
Very quiet and not lit well inside
Good fish sandwich and onion rings.
They've got the ordering a service down to a science . A great spot for a superb burger.
Onion rings on point.
I'd love to have the option of a lettuce wrap for the burgers "protein style" as they call it at In and Out - bc sometimes I don't want a bun
Love love love the pickles
They should try a sweet heat pickle !

The restaurant is so run down and the bathroom was gross. Wouldn’t go back again. They need to go to the Canandaigua location to see what a great Charlie’s looks like and that may help the owners to see what they need to work on.

I remember coming here as a kid,and often when I worked nearby. This is the third time we've stopped here in the last 3 months and it just hasn't gotten any better. The place only had two customers in it but the service was painfully slow. It took 20 minutes to get a hamburger, hot dog, and chicken tenders. Hamburger was burnt and the chicken tenders were overdone. I don't know if Charlie Riedel the owner is still around but the place is slipping. The decor looks something still out of the '70s and not in a good way anymore. I'm sure the locals don't mind it but just 5 minutes down the road is a Bill Gray's and I'll probably be going there next time.

Small little place that is a true diamond in the rough. We don't live nearby, but we try to stop when we are out this way. This was the best plate we've ever had! We had the Italian sausage plate. Home fries were crispy! Mac salad was the best I've ever had! Better than my mother's! The lady that took our order was very nice, as well! And our plates were $13.49 with a drink! Million times better than bill gray's

Not even comparable to the Charlie’s on Empire. The meat hot was so so bad. The fries were also not good, they need to clean the fryers because they tasted like old fryer oil.

Excellent food and service. Had not been there in many years and all has remained the same. Recommend the trash plate as it rates as one of the best in the area.

Good Morning.
My family came here (Ontario location) for a father's day lunch. It was a sad lunch I must say. The people behind the counter were untrained in customer service. No smiles. No hellos. No goodbyes when we left. No friendliness whatsoever.
The burgers were almost non-existent. There were 4 of us that ordered burgers. I should have taken pictures, but I am not kidding when I say that the burgers were 1/8" thick, barely! Simply pathetic.
I used to be very supportive of this restaurant but I will never send any one there again, including myself.
