Some of the people that work there are absolutely rude and they take so long to make food and drinks. I literally say in line for almost 15 min for a drink and sandwich. Then for my drink it wasn't filled up and there was no ice. I will not be going to this one again bc there's always something.

Terrible service. I decided to stop by and grab a coffee with oatmilk and extra caramel. The coffee was borderline black. Bitter and nasty. When I asked the person at the window to add more milk and caramel I was met with attitude as she snatched the drinks back and handed them to me overflowing with no napkins. I will never come here again

Why on earth does chai come luke warm when I ask for extra hot. Happens at all DD stores so I rarely go there. I never have that problem at Starbucks!!

I was double charged, they said they would save the receipt and remake my orderā¦ā¦. Since they were unable to give me a refund due to no management being there! I come in and am treating like absolute garbage and items were made incorrectly. I want a call from the district manager!!! They refuse manager interaction!!!
