Not sure who’s now making the food there as of recently but for the last month every food order has been wrong. Place has gone downhill. Shame.

Screwed up my order to begin with so i notified them of the error. They then gave me completely different drinks than what i ordered (after standing there for almost 15 mins with no one saying anything to me). Mind you the drinks i ordered cost more than the drinks i got. Absolutely do NOT recommend. Would give zero stars of that was an option.

Some of the people that work there are absolutely rude and they take so long to make food and drinks. I literally say in line for almost 15 min for a drink and sandwich. Then for my drink it wasn't filled up and there was no ice. I will not be going to this one again bc there's always something.

They don’t understand what “barely any ice” means. Don’t understand how slow you have to be to not be able to satisfy such a simple request. Made my coffee wrong. Wasted my times and money. Don’t go here.

i come here often and they can never seem to put the right cheese on my sandwiches no biggie but mold on my donut! ridiculous and disgusting! i thought these we’re supposed to be fresh daily?

Terrible service. I decided to stop by and grab a coffee with oatmilk and extra caramel. The coffee was borderline black. Bitter and nasty. When I asked the person at the window to add more milk and caramel I was met with attitude as she snatched the drinks back and handed them to me overflowing with no napkins. I will never come here again
Person working window literally only said the price. Then handed me the food, drinks and said nothing else. How about a thank you or a smile at least.

Why on earth does chai come luke warm when I ask for extra hot. Happens at all DD stores so I rarely go there. I never have that problem at Starbucks!!

I was double charged, they said they would save the receipt and remake my order……. Since they were unable to give me a refund due to no management being there! I come in and am treating like absolute garbage and items were made incorrectly. I want a call from the district manager!!! They refuse manager interaction!!!
