Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

Service with an attitude, not sure if the manger is related to the owners or something but he consistently gives attitude and has absolutely zero care when making food. Acts like he can't be fired because I think he knows he won't be.

Employees were friendly and understanding, but food isn't what I expected it would be. Paid $15 for loaded fries that is suppose to come with chili, bacon, and cheese, but come to find out the ontario location doesn't have chili. Had to ask for Salvie sauce for a substitute cause I really wanted loaded fries with chili. Was definitely not worth the price. Bacon was too chewy, fries were not fresh and cheese was too hard to enjoy. Chicken tenders aren't fried crispy enough. Don't think I would go there to buy anything other than the pizza and a drink. Definitely didn't get what I expected I would.

It looked like the guy behind the counter made my sandwich blindfolded! Forgotten toppings, sloppy, soggy, slapped together without a care. Really disappointed.

The best Salvatores location by far. Very friendly staff, fast service and incredible pizza!

After waiting the hour for delivery (placed at 11am on a weekday), called to check on my order and they were rude. I understand being busy, but after paying $65, I’m going to make sure my food wasn’t delivered somewhere else. Spare me the attitude and the “obviously” next time. Ended up waiting an hour and a half for Cold food.

The greasiest pizza ever ! Italian sausage sub was definitely not a link !! It was small chunks of sausage that they use on pizza!!

I go into this small store and there's a girl vacuuming she looks over her shoulder and sees me. There's no one behind the order counter. She continues to vacuum. Eventually she stops vacuuming and walks around the back way and comes up to the order counter and asks if she can help me. I said are those the only two slices that you have available today and she said yes. Then the gentleman that I assume is cooking came out and said it I've got two in the oven right now that you can have two slices from. I said that's great because they were different than what was at the counter that it really didn't want. I asked the young lady to check a gift card balance and she seemed to have difficulty figuring out how to do that. Then I asked her to check my member points. After she found out what my account had on it she then went to the back and was looking all over apparently they must have a sign as to how many points equals what food is free for those points. So finally the cook comes up and shows her right where it is in plain sight. She told me the number of points that I had and said if you wait 19 more points then you get a free large pizza. Well that was really good of her to potentially upsell me and help the business to get me to come back. The pizza was hot and tasty and cooked well. Not underdone and not burnt like a lot of places have been doing lately. One of the reasons that I gave it only three stars is because I'm comparing it to the East main Street Salvatore's which has better customer service, more food options available when you walk in the door and ease of getting to. If you want a quick slices this is probably an okay place to stop at. Thought it was a little expensive because I got two of their slices with a 2 liter not major brand pop and it cost me almost $23.

Delivery was late so food was cold. Salvie burger wasn’t prepared as listed (which I always enjoyed before) so it sucked: soggy soft bun plus hot sauce that wasn’t supposed to be added.) Pizza was overcooked. Sadly I don’t know how they can stay in business with this sad service and sorry excuse for food.

I ordered well done wings and they weren’t even close plus I ordered cheesecake and they gave me carrot cake. I won’t go back
