I've been going here for a few years and never had disappointing food. I'm now on a first name basis with everyone there except Drea, but the service has always been exemplary. The loss of the subway map wallpaper was unfortunate, but the atmosphere's still pretty shiny.

Had to throw out because the meat n vegetables had gone bad. For 25 bucks it would have been nice to get eat this over priced under sized sandwich

The worst subway I’ve ever tasted. I don’t know what’s wrong with the bread but it’s thin and chewy and there’s barely anything on the sub. I ordered for pickup and I didn’t get the cup with my combo, had to ask for it. One woman who works there was helpful but I couldn’t tell at first that she even worked there. The place is outdated and needs a major face-lift. It looks dirty inside this restaurant. I won’t be back.

About a year ago it would have been a 5/5 but recent years Im disappointed in the change they had to do. I get a flatbread with my sub but you can now longer get flatbread with subs now and you can only get them on subs. It's not the end of the world I know but when I ate it with normal bread all I could taste with my sub was the bread.

On February 9, 2024 at 6:20 pm, I entered this particular Subway. There was no one at the counter ready to take my order. There was a young woman at the entranceway to what looked like a back room. She was conversing with other employees and did not look at me. She then closed the door and was then out of the serving area where I stood. After waiting so long, I finally walked out.The employees need to realize that if they are inattentive to customers, this particular Subway will lose business.My inclination is to never go to this particular Subway again. I felt that I was unimportant and treated with indifference. I do not like what I experienced.

Workers are always busy socializing when I come in. Today I placed an order through door dash which did not give me the option of picking 2 different proteins. I place my order then call the store to let them know it’s actually 2 DIFFERENT meats not double of the same but no one answered. I called NUMEROUS times understanding they might be busy and waiting 5 minutes in between calls but they never answered. I did put a complaint into door dash for options but the last time I came here an employee also complained about the phone saying we aren’t a delivery service we aren’t meant for phone orders. It does not take 10 plus minutes to make a sandwich and if it does answer the phone to see if it’s a 2 second question or an order and either say you’re too busy for phone orders or please hold.
