We stopped by during a pit stop and weren't expecting much. However, their treats blew me away. Highly recommend everything we tried including the biscotti, tiramisu, mousse, and carrot cake. I'm not a huge fan of sweets but I keep thinking about their stuff which is a testament to how yummy they were.

Last week I had my bridal shower and had a cake made by Allie’s bakery! It was everything I could have wanted and more! The amount of compliments I got on the cake between how well it tasted (was so light and delicious) as well as how beautiful the presentation was! We were so happy with this cake! People are still raving about how good the cookies and cream filling was! Thank you for making my day even more amazing! Highly recommend!!

We live in NC and needed a cake for my brother-in-law's 60th birthday in NY. We contacted Allie's Bakery and spoke to Kally who was so helpful. She guided us in picking out the perfect cake. The chocolate and gold covered strawberries, oreos, macaroons, etc that decorated the top and sides made this cake stand out. We chose a chocolate and vanilla cake for the inside with chocolate raspberry mousse filling that was so good! Everyone raved about the cake and wanted to know where we got it. Thank you so much for making such a beautiful and delicious cake! It was the highlight of the party.

I ordered a custom cake from Allie's after having one of their cakes at a party and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They were very responsive and patient as we talked about the size, design and flavors and even let us come in to sample different flavors. The price was very reasonable given the size and design. I was stunned when I saw the finished product, it was really beautifully done. Our guests loved the unique flavor - vanilla with caramel cream to give it a dulce de leche taste. It wasn't too sweet and it was lightly frosted. Highly recommend!

Allie’s is the best! We use this bakery for every birthday. Now that they have balloons, it is so convenient to get our cake, cupcakes and balloons- all coordinated in one pick-up. I’ve sent them a picture and asked them to match the theme. Everything is always exceptional, I trust them to do a great job and they always do! We always get vanilla cake, whipped cream and fresh strawberry and have so many compliments on how delicious it is.
**I added the character rings but everything else is all them. Also, the frozen theme had a light dusting of silver edible glitter which was so beautiful!

Service was great. Cranberry muffins and cookies were fresh and delicious. The following day my husband came to by cakes (chocolate for kids and tres leches for whoever wanted) - rave reviews from everyone who ate the cakes.

We had the absolute pleasure of ordering a graduation cake from Allie’s Bakery for our son’s special graduation celebration, and I can confidently say it was beyond anything we imagined. The cake was not only visually stunning but also creatively designed with such thoughtful details. Every aspect of it reflected true artistry and craftsmanship. Wonderful place to give business too

Everything here is amazing! I have been coming here for cookies and pastries for about a year. Everything is always so delicious and the staff is just awesome. They are so friendly and so sweet to my son. I recently ordered a custom cake from them and it was out of this world. I’ve ordered custom cakes from other bakeries in New City but Allies Bakery had such a better flavor to it, it was one of the best tasting cakes I’ve had. Thank you the amazing paw patrol cake for my son’s birthday!

Great find. It was recommended and turned out to be outstanding. Had a Salmon Salad and Buffalo Chicken sandwich with a Pasta salad side. Both meals were prepared fresh and contained fresh ingredients. Great atmosphere. Great Service. It is small so you might want to call ahead or go before/after prime eating times.

In my personal experience, this bakery is my favorite in Rockland County. My first purchase was a Tres Leche. I can tell you it was a hit at the dinner event. The cookies are crispy and the pastries are a fresh taste. This is a hidden jam in Rockland County.
