When asked for a water cup they filled it from the hand wash only sink and it had floaties in it. They then proceeded to dump it out and reuse the same cup and it still had floaties. This place is dirty!

I placed an order on uber eats. I went this morning to pick it up and the staff were very nasty, didn’t understand English and not helpful . They said someone already picked up my order and wasn't willing to help with the situation. I had to call Uber eats and then uber was trying to call them. It was five staff members working who refused to answer the phone for uber. Uber cancelled my order. I was happy when the uber order was cancelled because I also saw two roaches running on the donuts. When I asked to speak the manager, they said their manager is sleeping all day today and will be in tomorrow. Will never return here again.

Walked in at 6:00pm. My girlfriend and I walked in to buy ourselves something to snack on. The lady mopping ignored us when we greeted her. My girlfriend decided to use the bathroom and I decided to wait in line (there was nobody in line but me.) I am not someone to rush another person from their duties so I waited for about 10min until a white man walks in and she immediately goes to the counter to take their order, ignoring me while I’m still in line. When it was my turn up next she refused to make eye contact with me, having a weird tone the entire time we were here. She was extremely dismissive when there was another person behind me. When I tried to order she very clearly didn’t want to take my order, from the way she immediately looked at the person next to me when I was told there wasn’t anything of what I was looking to order. I genuinely have no idea what made her want to act like this and it was very disrespectful.
