Duration a week I bought the same things and pay cash and they charge everyday different price . Sometimes 13$, sometimes 13.70$ and sometimes 14$. That’s a scam. I never come back here

Went for a standard BEC (Bacon, Egg, & cheese) which was kind of pricey but good.
Another day, got a standard Ham & Swiss on a hero with oil vinegar, Lettuce, tomato, onions. It's a boy's head place but sandwich was kind of disappointing. Would go elsewhere for deli sandwich but they have excellent bagels And coffee service/quality. *Can get crowded in AM, which is prob why they're a little pricey.

Not very good bagels — honest assessment. Especially for being in NY. The gap in taste and quality between a decent bagel shop in the city and this place is very large. And the guys working there were not friendly. Not the end of the world but they almost seemed annoyed when they were taking care of me. Don't think I have one positive to say about them.

My daughter ordered several bagels she wrote the order down on her phone and read it when she called it in I was sitting next to her when she did When my husband picked up the order 2 bagels had cream cheese instead of butter. So I called. And spoke to a nice man explained I couldn’t come back today to get them and he said next time we come in they owe us 2 bagels. About 5 minutes later the owner Gino calls me yelling at me for over 5 minutes that he never makes mistakes and it was our mistake which it 100 percent was not. My daughter has never had cream cheese in her life and wouldn’t order it. But he insisted he was right yelling at me about it. Very bad business over 2 bagels!!and I won’t be going back there
