Seriously the best Tator tots in Rockland. Always fresh and super crunchy. Foods always solid. I’ve never had a problem here. If you haven’t had their food, you should.

This is a food truck on culinary wheels. I must have passed by this portable restaurant hundreds of times on Rt 303. I decided to go all in. I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich and French fries. Everything was gourmet worthy. More out of towners should consider Gracie’s. It’s legit and deserves a lot of credit for hospitality and quality of cuisine.

Wide variety of choices, tons of flavor! Staff is super friendly. One of my favorite spots in rockland for food! This is the best food truck I have ever gotten!!! The food is so fresh and the staff is so friendly. They have the best sauces especially the Bulldog sauce! There tats are so crispy. Even when I order for delivery the tats still are so crispy and never soggy!!!!! I love it here! Thank you for having such an amazing business!

Not only are the owners and food incredibly awesome, they always support the local community and local businesses. They use the freshest ingredients, make everything from scratch, and always serve with a smile. This really isn't your typical food truck and if you're in the area do NOT pass by without stopping, you won't regret it!

Gracie's broke my heart and I couldn't decide between 3 or 4 stars but what brought me to 4 is the customer service not quality of food. I learned of this place from a colleague and he told me that they have daily specials, I noticed that I could never find a cheesesteak so I assumed it was a big deal, super special, I should've remembered the saying on assumptions. When I first stopped in, I tried ordering a cheesesteak and they said they didn't have any so I opted for their pulled pork sandwich which was pretty good. I will commend Gracie's on their bread because both sandwiches had noticeably quality bread. The reason that this place gets a less than perfect score in my book is their "cheesesteak". Some may see the photo and not agree but in my history of this type of sub the meat should be separated and able to bring in the cheese and other fixings for a gooey blend of euphoria. Their version felt like I was eating a stack of roast beef with the veggies and cheese on top. Biting into the meaty mass was underwhelming and blockish and after nearly 6 weeks of waiting for their cheesesteak I felt like one of the local delis would've been more worth a shot to disappoint me. The people are attentive and pleasant so give them a shot, your standards are probably less than mine but don't say I didn't warn you.

A MUST TRY! Their homemade sauces (get the Buttermilk Ranch!), fresh crispy french fries, and classic hot dogs were to die for. Cannot wait to go back and try everything else!
