Hikaru Sushi

We enjoyed our meals, ginger dressing on salad is flavored well. Miso soup not salty, satisfying on a cool fall evening. I loved the lightly fried tofu and vegetables. We liked the tempura items. Service is A+! Prices are fair, I will come back for the lunch special. Location is good, near bank, parking lot has plenty of lights, charge your car and pick up dessert at bakery in same shopping center.

I tried this establishment for the first time. I appreciate their hospitality. The pork Ramen traditional style was really good. The pork dumplings I had were pretty solid too. The chef even gave me a small dish as a freebie. I’m definitely coming here every week. It had a great energy. The interior reminded me of a small Japanese restaurant in Tokyo. It’s not fancy, but it has spirit. Sometimes the best places are unexpected. I literally came here after shift from work. I was starving and I need something to eat. I’m glad I stumbled upon this hole in the wall.

I tried this place for the first time today because my usual spot is closed on Mondays and wow, I’m so glad I did!! Everything was sooo delicious. I will be ordering from here moving forward! :-)

The food was very good, the staff was very friendly, and the service was very quick and prompt. It was pretty quiet when I went in for dinner so it’s hard to gauge the vibe, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will absolutely be back.

Place is a hidden gem. Outstanding sushi! Reasonable prices. There’s also a CVS next door and a bank of Tesla V3 EV chargers in the parking lot, which adds convenience.
