Not sure what the complaints and negative reviews are for. My experience was the polar opposite. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was fresh and delicious. They have a buy 2 rolls and get 1 free roll deal going on.

Great find. Has Chinese and Japanese. And $1 sake. Service is a little slow but that is ok because we didn't want to be rushed .

Went there for the first time last night (and possibly the last) - I felt the person working the floor had as much interest in being there as the man on the moon... we did not have sushi/sashimi so can't speak to that. My dinner partner had Orange Chicken which came as large 4-5 inch chunks, however, the place settings consisted of a single fork.... had to ask for a knife and chopsticks, as did the only other table seated close by. I had Szechuan tofu which was poorly presented and lacked the flavor the Qin and Han dynasties intended. The Texture of the dish was overall unsatisfying. There is also a flat screen TV which I thought unnecessary considering there is no bar - ironically it was tuned to the Food Network's show Chopped - I'm told Osaka is the best in Orangeburg. I implore whomever owns Osaka to rethink what you are doing. The second a customer walks through your door defines the overall experience - this one was a disappointment from the very start - Maybe is was just a bad night and I may give it a second chance but I will most likely try the other two Japanese themed O'burg eateries first.

I came here during the weekday for lunch. I chose the 3 roll maki lunch special ($14.99)l. They also have 2 roll for $11.99 the Lunch special's included miso soup and salad with that yummy dressing. All very good! There was a table with about 6 people seated just before me. I was afraid it would take to long to get my order but I got it a fairly quickly. I had enough time within the hour lunch break to casually eat my lunch and make it back to work. Service was quick and attentive. Lunch prices are fair and most importantly food was very good! This review is for the sushi only. Interior was a little dark at first,but nicely decorated, but it was a very hot day and the ac was blasting which was very welcomed. There's a flat screen tv on.I would come back again; lunch menu has many choices to choose from. Recommended!

I like this restaurant. We went for dinner and not busy at all.. no wait... ample parking spots.. friendly waiter.. fast service.. good food..clean and no foul odor.. they also have healthy options which I like.. they're specialty roll are buy 2 get 1 free.. each specialty roll minimum $13.95..

When I say I would have Osaka sushi as my last meal I mean it I order once a week and they are amazingg every roll is so fresh and delicious and give a nice sized serving of fish! They are the best sushi around !!!!
This was on a takeout! Food was ready as promised. Great tasting! Narutto roll w tuna, narutto roll w California, tuna pizza and a spicy girl roll! All was excellent!! I

It is too pricey, and they don't apply the promotion buy 2 rolls get one free trough the app. Even if you try to talk with them, I am not going to by there anymore, specially trough this app.

The worst experience every single time we are ordering to pick up to go. They are saying food will be ready in 35-40 min but reality you are waiting 1.5 hours. No more orders from that place.
